Please don't just "hello" me

I am online at some steem related Discord servers almost 24h. But it's in theory. Even though I look online,  Discord is running in the background.

When somebody says "hello" to ask a question on the chat, they think that I am online and can answer right away. However, that's not the case. Most likely, 

- I am working on something in the office.
- I am chilling w/ friends at a cafe
- I am working on my side projects
- ...

Today, I saw that website [nohello.com](http://www.nohello.com/) which implies you should ask your questions directly without waiting for a response to your hello.

This is what people do:

> Random guy: Hello!

> Me: (2 days later, hello!) 

> Random guy: Oh, I totally forgot what was the case!

However, what if people ask the question right away?

> Random guy: "Hello! I have a question in my mind. Is it possible to contribute to Utopian with closed-source projects? I have been using some really cool projects and wondering if I can share them at Utopian?"

> Me: (2 days later) Hello. You can't share closed-source projects at Utopian. Please have a look to Utopian Rules.

That allows **asynchronous** communication between parties. I am not a help desk or not your personal IT guy. If you want to ask something, just ask. If I can find time to answer, I will do it for sure.

You might think I am being arrogant about this, however, we all have limited time on Discord so let's use our time productive. 

The best part is that you will get your answers sooner or later while just helloing mostly likely will be lost in translation.

Bak bu çok tanıdık geldi. Daha geçen gün aynı şeyi konuşuyorduk. Senin yazını görünce bir gülümsedim, iyi ki yazmışsın. Steemit'le bağlantılı değil ama diğer sosyal medya hesaplarımda çok yaşıyorum. İnsanların diyecekleri, soracakları şeyi bu kadar uzatması çok manasız. 

Senin "hello"na karşılık benim de "bir şey soracaktım" mesajım/maillerim var. Sıkıntı basıyor, gıcık olup sorsaydın bunu yazana kadar deyip cevap bile vermiyorum :D
