Hoy quiero enseñarles y a su vez darles una excelente idea para un desayuno delicioso para empezar el día, se trata de unas arepas dominó acompañadas de una taza de café con leche.

Usualmente estamos condenados a prepararnos desayunos rápidos por nuestras largas jornadas laborales que nos ocupan casi todo el día y para estar a tiempo muchas veces no comemos a tiempo o saludablemente.

¿Pero te haz puesto a pensar, qué la comida más importante del día es el desayuno?

Entonces, porque no, hacer un desayuno completo que nos proporcione todas las energías, vitaminas y llenura que necesitamos para arrancar el día con buen pie?

Ya saben lo que dice el dicho, "barriguita llena, corazón contento".

***Entonces, preparemos estas deliciosas dominó para desayunar:***

*Necesitaremos:*

- 1 taza de harina de maíz precocida
- 1 huevo
- 200 gr de queso rallado
- Caraotas guisadas
- 2 cucharadas de café instantáneo para una taza o si usas colador ya queda a tu gusto la cantidad de café a utilizar.
- ¼ taza de leche pura
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- Sal

Today I want to show you and at the same time give you an excellent idea for a delicious breakfast to start the day, it is about some arepas dominoes accompanied by a cup of coffee with milk.

Usually we are condemned to prepare quick breakfasts for our long working days that take us almost all day and to be on time many times we do not eat on time or healthy.

But have you ever thought that the most important meal of the day is breakfast?

Then, why not, make a complete breakfast that gives us all the energy, vitamins and fullness we need to start the day on the right foot?

You know what the saying goes, "full belly, happy heart".

***So, let's prepare these delicious dominoes for breakfast:***

*We will need:*.

- 1 cup of precooked corn flour
- 1 egg
- 200 gr of grated cheese
- Caraotas stewed
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee for one cup or if you use a strainer you can choose the amount of coffee to use.
- ¼ cup of pure milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt

Empezamos hidratando la masa, para que nos queden bien suaves. En un bol, agregamos la taza de harina, ½ taza de agua y una pizca de sal, amasamos y nos tiene quedar más blanda de lo normal dejamos reposar por 3 minutos y esta va a endurecer, esa es la técnica adecuada para que las arepas no se estrallen al cocinarse.

Ya con la masa un poco más endurecida vamos a formar nuestros discos y cocinar en un sartén precalentado y engrasado, hasta que estén doradas y bien cocinadas por dentro.

Pues, ya con nuestras arepas listas sólo debemos freír nuestro huevito, y rellenar con caraotas y queso.

Para nuestro café con leche el café debe estar bien puro, y mezclamos con la leche, la cucharada de azúcar y una pizca de sal.
