El desayuno es una de las comidas más importantes del día, porque nos permite estar alerta y nutrir nuestro cuerpo, ya que le estamos administrando una fuente de energía.
Al dormir, entramos en ayuno y nuestro cuerpo consume las reservas que tenemos, por eso, al levantarnos tenemos que desayunar para tener la energía que nos permitirá hacer nuestro día productivo y sin limitaciones.

Los panqueques, son una de las comidas más completas que hay, si hablamos de desayuno, porque tiene proteína (huevo), grasas (mantequilla, leche), carbohidratos (harina), azúcares, etc. Tiene de todo un poco, y el día de hoy te enseñaré como preparar unos deliciosos panqueques para desayunar.

**Ingredientes:**

- 1 taza de harina
- ½ taza de leche líquida
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- 1 huevo
- 1 cucharada de mantequilla
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla
- 1 pizca de sal

<sub> *Para acompañar yo usé queso rallado, pero ustedes pueden usar miel, o lo que deseen* </sub>

La **preparación**, es sumamente sencilla, sólo debemos batir bien los ingredientes, obteniendo una mezcla homogénea no tan espesa, y en un sartén antiadherente vamos a colocar pequeñas porciones de nuestra mezcla para que se cocinen y voltearemos. Yo estrené este sartén que había comprado en Shein, hace unos meses, para cuando tuviera mi nuevo hogar y fué el momento perfecto para hacerlo. Me encantó el resultado final, unos panqueques gorditos, suaves, y deliciosos que acompañé con queso rallado y una buena taza de café.
