Llevamos seis días disfrutando del mundial de fútbol, alentando a nuestro equipo favorito, emociones que se viven con intensidad y esto justamente hace que nos provoque hambre, incluso en lo que va de la semana he comprado algunos bocadillos para ver los partidos, tales como snacks que se compran en la tienda. Pero, también podemos comer algo delicioso y saludable, así que, hoy, les comparto una receta para hacer pan de yuca. Hacer pan de yuca es una opción fácil y rápida de preparar, solo necesitamos algunos ingredientes esenciales que se detallaran a continuación. >Hello Hive friends, how are you spending the weekend? >We have been enjoying the World Cup for six days, cheering for our favorite team, emotions that are lived with intensity and this just makes us hungry, even so far this week I have bought some snacks to watch the games, such as snacks that you buy at the store. But, we can also eat something delicious and healthy, so, today, I share with you a recipe to make cassava bread. Making cassava bread is a quick and easy option to prepare, we only need a few essential ingredients that will be detailed below.  <div class="pull-left"> - 1 Kg de queso fresco - 5 Tazas de harina de yuca - 1 Huevo - 1.5 gramos de sal - Mantequilla (opcional) - 2.5 gramos de polvo de hornear - 1 Taza de leche - Café </div> </div> <div class="pull-right"> - 1 Kg of fresh cheese - 5 cups of cassava flour - 1 egg - 1.5 grams of salt - Butter (optional) - 2.5 grams of baking powder - 1 cup milk - Coffee </div> ---   Una vez que los ingredientes estén a la mano, se procede a seleccionar un recipiente que sea amplio y que permita amasar la masa a fabricarse con total libertad. Dicho esto se agrega en el recipiente 1 kg de queso que debe estar previamente rayado, luego agregar las 5 tazas de harina de almidón de yuca y finalmente se añade un huevo. Cuando los tres ingredientes estén en el recipiente se debe mezclar todo y poco a poco se va añadiendo la leche hasta que la masa empiece a obtener una consistencia elástica, esponjosa y que no se adiera pedazos de harina en las manos. >Once the ingredients are at hand, select a wide container that allows to knead the dough to be made with total freedom. Then add 1 kg of cheese that must be previously grated, then add the 5 cups of cassava starch flour and finally add an egg. Tradicionalmente, los panes de yuca se acompaña con yogur, pero en esta ocasión opté acompañar este delicioso bocadillo con una taza de café. Hola @enclassecu. Es interesante tu receta de este tipo de pan. Incluso el meter la masa en la nevera después de unir los ingredientes,es algo nuevo para mí🤭,me imagino que ayuda a que el tamaño aumente. Gracias por ese tips👍. Normalmente mi papá prepara esta receta pero con la yuca sancochada y rayada y la une con harina de trigo leudante, también quedan muy buenos...los pancitos una vez horneados se inflan y quedan deliciosos.
