¿Que tal hivebrother? espero se encuentren muy bien, ya falta muy poco para que se acabe este año pero no me quiero ir sin antes tocar un temita navideño a mi manera de una forma tierna y divertida.

Me vesti de Navidad y adorne un poco mi piano para combinar con esta epoca del año, mi 24 y 25 de diciembre relamente fueron muy bonitos llenos de sorpresas dulces y amargas que me llenaron nuevamente de esperanzas para seguir avanzando en mis proyectos quiero convertirme en algo que simplemente me haga feliz.

Un poco de historia

«Jingle Bells» es una de las canciones tradicionales de invierno más conocidas y cantadas en todo el mundo. Fue escrita entre 1850 y 1857 por el compositor estadounidense James Pierpont (1822-1893) bajo el título de «The One Horse Open Sleigh» y fue publicada en la ciudad de Boston por la compañía Oliver Ditson & Co. el 16 de septiembre de 1857.

En 1859 la canción fue relanzada, esta vez bajo el título «Jingle Bells, or the One Horse Open Sleigh». A pesar de estar íntimamente conectada a la Navidad, no es específicamente una canción de Navidad, ya que no se menciona, y trata sobre las carreras de caballos.

Cuando la canción de Pierpont fue publicada originalmente en el año 1857, tenía diferente coro, con una melodía que sonaba a música clásica. La progresión de los acordes «I, V, VI, III, IV, I, V» es algo común en la música clásica; excepto por los acordes finales. La melodía escrita originalmente sigue el mismo patrón del Canon en re mayor de Pachelbel, parecido al tono de la canción «Jolly Old Saint Nicholas», que apareció unos cincuenta años antes que «Jingle Bells». I dressed up for Christmas and decorated my piano a little to combine with this time of year. My 24th and 25th of December were really nice, full of sweet and bitter surprises that filled me with hope again to continue advancing in my projects, I want to become something that simply makes me happy.

A little bit of history

"Jingle Bells" is one of the most well-known and sung traditional winter songs all over the world. It was written between 1850 and 1857 by the American composer James Pierpont (1822-1893) under the title "The One Horse Open Sleigh" and was published in the city of Boston by the Oliver Ditson & Co. company on September 16, 1857.

In 1859 the song was re-launched, this time under the title "Jingle Bells, or the One Horse Open Sleigh". Despite being intimately connected to Christmas, it is not specifically a Christmas song, as it is not mentioned, and is about horse racing.

When Pierpont's song was originally published in 1857, it had a different chorus, with a melody that sounded like classical music. The progression of the chords "I, V, VI, III, IV, I, V" is common in classical music; except for the final chords. The melody originally written follows the same pattern of Pachelbel's Canon in D major, similar to the tone of the song "Jolly Old Saint Nicholas", which appeared about fifty years before "Jingle Bells". The original 1857 lyrics differ slightly from those we know today. It is not known who replaced the melody of the chorus and the words of that version of the modern version. The song was reprinted in 1859 with the revised title "Jingle Bells, or the One Horse Open Sleigh".
