As a professional poker player i follow Pokerstars promotions and my feelings are pretty mixed. In my humble opinion Pokerstars is the site that is doing most of the marketing in the world of poker and at the same time making it harder for us grinders everyday harder with their program changes since 2014. Unfortunately, their agenda is bring as many recreational people who are more or less clueless about poker and can leave money there as fast as possible. This is even more true when you see formats they promote and invent (higher variance formats, which make bad players win ocasionally but also lose money faster and basically make it harder for regular players to win as bigger variance means higher luck factor). So short and simple they are taking money faster from newbies and make regulars win money harder and only happy ones in story are them.  Pokerstars manipulates poker field so trends they set other sites follow with really few exceptions. One of them is partypoker so my advice would be like that: If you want to have little fun with gamble and don't care much about money, for sure Stars will provide most of it, if you take it little more serious consider other options, Hope this helps!
