<p>This is the time of year when so much new is happening. Spring means a rebirth, a new growth in nature, in our gardens–the excitement of seeing a small seed blossom with the right nurturing. We see newborn animals out in the fields. Many of us have started on a path to change our outward appearance—our physical selves.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The interesting thing is that as your body slowly transforms, so does your mind. Your outlook on life becomes different. You’re more excited about your day—there’s a new spring in your step. The health program we use is beautiful because it gives us the gift of time. Many other programs require so much time that would normally be spent counting calories or points, or figuring out recipes, or planning several meals every day. Because our program is simple—you now have TIME!&nbsp;</p>

<p>And time is really relative. I don’t have any more time in my day than anyone one else. So time management is actually a misnomer. What to strive for is “self-management”. When you have the tools in place, you can then reflect on your goals and nurture your mind. You can reinvent yourself at any age.&nbsp;</p>
<p>So I would ask you this: What do you want your life to look like as you reach your goals? Somewhere along the line many of us have just stopped dreaming! If it weren’t for the dreamers of the world, we wouldn’t have cars, put men on the moon and have wonderful little stickies called POST-IT notes!&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="https://pp.userapi.com/c10389/u7242418/14144750/x_3889eab8.jpg" width="453" height="604"/></p>
<p>Have you ever had a dream or an idea, but didn’t act upon it? So why don’t we take action? Because we’ve set our dreams to the side. Sometimes life has a way of pushing us into pigeonholes. Our day-to-day obligations make us feel as if we are simply going through the motions.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Try turning that thought process around—put yourself in the position of having ACTED upon your ideas, thoughts or dreams. Now what does that look like? It brings about a very different reality. Ask yourself a few questions: What excites you? What gives you purpose? When are you the happiest? What are you afraid of?&nbsp;</p>

<p>Some people fear failure—others fear success. Either can result in a lack of action. We become paralyzed. It’s time to challenge ourselves by cutting the bonds of the past that hold us to old beliefs. Start reading some inspirational messages; surround yourself with things that will spur you to action. Create a vision board where all that you dream is front and center. Breathe new energy into your life by taking the time to explore the things you truly enjoy.&nbsp;</p>
