# Coinbase draws out of Hawaii 

Due to a new banking regulation in the US state of Hawaii, coinbase is now ceasing operations. 
This regulation will require cryptocurrency exchanges to maintain redundant fiat currency reserves in an amount equal to the aggregate face value of all digital currency funds. This has led some to propose Hawaiians use companies outside of the US jurisdiction to exchange cryptocurrency while avoiding this legislation. 

# Cloudbleed attack 

An exploit affecting the popular mirroring and DDOS site Cloudflare has been revealed to be capable of leaking hashed passwords and other private data from sites using the service. Since it is used by a variety of sites in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, it is recommended that you change your passwords! 

# ZCash sprout roadmap

The ZCash team has updated it's plan for the latest release series, codenamed Sprout. 
Included in the release will be the selective disclosure feature which allows masking of transaction information so it can only
be viewed by the recipient or chosen parties via a key. They are also planning a system called XCAT, which will allow users to create their own assets in a manner similar to Counterparty and Ethereum. You can read the full roadmap here:

# DASH surges to the top 3 list of cryptocurrencies 

In news of the upcoming Evolution release, which will build an accessible and web-wide payments platform on the DASH ecosystem, DASH has reached number 3 on the top cryptocurrencies list. This also follows the news that DASH was integrated
