El día de hoy me aventuré nuevamente para hacer un post relacionado con comidas y bebidas, así que me puse a buscar en Hive la comunidad ideal para hacer una reseña de un restaurante y me encontré con esta maravilla, donde además había una publicación reciente de @mariale07 invitando a la gente que habla español a traer su contenido de este tipo, así que dije aquí es el lugar ideal, seguramente fue un acto del universo poner este resultado en mi búsqueda, sin más preámbulo les presento mi reseña.

<H3>Ja Jo Food Restaurant Review, celebrating my graduation</H3>

En días pasados cumplí una de las grandes metas que me fijé en la vida, finalmente después de mucho esfuerzo me gradúe en la escuela y pasé a la etapa de educación secundaria, lo que representa un gran avance para mí, logrando además obtener una distinción especial por mis buenas notas cosa que me llena de mucho orgullo. En algunos post les conté sobre el acto de graduación y todo lo que eso significó, teniendo también la oportunidad de reencontrarme con amigos a los cuales no veía desde hace mucho tiempo por el tema del confinamiento. Pero bueno, después del acto formal obvio había que hacer una celebración, así que mis padres me preguntaron cómo quería hacer esa fiesta, sin dudarlo le respondí ¡con una buena comida!
>In recent days I accomplished one of the great goals I set for myself in life, finally after much effort I graduated from school and passed to the stage of secondary education, which represents a breakthrough for me, also managed to get a special distinction for my good grades which fills me with great pride. In some posts I told you about the graduation ceremony and all that it meant, having also the opportunity to meet again with friends whom I had not seen for a long time because of the confinement. But well, after the formal ceremony there was obviously a celebration to do, so my parents asked me how I wanted to make that party, without hesitation I answered with a good meal!

Sin embargo, no cualquier comida en un restaurante cualquiera, yo quería pollo frito porque soy un gran fanático de este plato desde que era pequeño y grababa mis primeros videos para YouTube, lamentablemente como muchos saben en Venezuela las cadenas de comida rápida están prestando un pésimo servicio, sus productos tienen muy mala calidad y además los precios son altísimos, así que no podía pedirle tanto a mis padres que hacían un gran esfuerzo con el poco dinero que ganan para llevarme a un lugar especial para celebrar este logro tan grandioso.
>However, not just any food in any restaurant, I wanted fried chicken because I am a big fan of this dish since I was little, and I recorded my first videos for YouTube, unfortunately as many know in Venezuela fast food chains are providing a lousy service, their products have very poor quality and also the prices are very high, so I could not ask so much to my parents who made a great effort with the little money they earn to take me to a special place to celebrate this great achievement.

En ese momento se me ocurrió una idea muy buena, que resultó en algo genial, sucede que mi familia es muy amiga de un famoso Chef que tiene su propio restaurante, este señor me conoce desde muy pequeño porque en sus inicios siempre íbamos a pasar el rato en su local los fines de semana, así que le dije a mi mamá que lo llamara y consultar si tenía pollo frito, la respuesta fue magnífica tenía precisamente lo que estaba buscando y en un combo bastante accesible por lo que ni por un momento dudamos en escoger este sitio para hacer la fiesta familiar.
>At that time I came up with a very good idea, which resulted in something great, it happens that my family is very good friends with a famous Chef who has his own restaurant, this gentleman knows me since I was very small because in the beginning we always went to hang out at his place on weekends, so I told my mom to call him and ask if he had fried chicken, the answer was great he had precisely what I was looking for and in a very affordable combo so not for a moment we hesitate to choose this place to make the family party.

Al llegar al lugar nos llevamos una gran sorpresa, ya que el local que conocimos había cambiado por completo, ahora era un restaurante totalmente diferente, porque fue remodelado para llevarlo a un mejor nivel, el cual además quedó muy bonito, eso sin contar que el propio dueño me dio la bienvenida para felicitarme por mis logros, ofreciéndome además comer en la mesa especial del Chef donde él cocinaría para mí en ese día, cosa que fue un gran honor porque eso es algo que no hace con todo el mundo, él ya prácticamente no prepara las comidas porque todo lo hacen sus empleados.
>When we arrived at the place we had a great surprise, since the place we knew had changed completely, now it was a totally different restaurant, because it was remodeled to take it to a better level, which also was very nice, not to mention that the owner himself welcomed me to congratulate me for my achievements, also offering me to eat at the special Chef's table where he would cook for me on that day, which was a great honor because that is something he does not do with everyone, he practically does not prepare meals because everything is done by his employees.

El ambiente del local.
Este restaurante, a pesar de ser pequeño, está muy bien distribuido en sus espacios, dándole un toque de exclusividad, ya que debes reservar una mesa con anterioridad porque siempre está bastante lleno.
La decoración es sencillamente espectacular, me gusta mucho su estilo de bar deportivo con fotos antiguas que te traslada a otro mundo, es un sitio genial en el que te sientes como si estuvieras visitando los mejores sitios de los estados unidos.
El aire acondicionado estaba a la temperatura ideal, la música de rock suave tenía un volumen agradable que te permite conversar sin problemas, dándote un fondo de música variada, entre los que destaca una de mis canciones favoritas, ya que soy muy fanático de la música en inglés, mi mamá siempre dice que eso es algo que aprendí cuando estaba en la barriga porque ella escuchaba esas melodías cuando estaba embarazada.XD
Regresando al restaurante hay toda una colección de fotos y cuadros en las paredes que vale la pena visualizar a la vez que su dueño te cuenta la historia de muchos de ellos relacionados con el mundo de los deportes.
Entre la decoración hay varios trofeos y objetos como pelotas, bates, balones, guantes y más que le han regalado al local, deportistas famosos cuando comieron allí, cosa que le da un toque mágico que me gusta mucho.
>The ambiance of the place.
>This restaurant, despite being small, is very well distributed in its spaces, giving it a touch of exclusivity, since you must reserve a table in advance because it is always quite full.
>The decor is simply spectacular, I really like its sports bar style with old photos that takes you to another world, it is a great place where you feel like you are visiting the best places in the United States.
>The air conditioning was at the ideal temperature, the soft rock music had a nice volume that allows you to converse without problems, giving you a background of varied music, among which stands out one of my favorite songs, as I am a big fan of English music, my mom always says that's something I learned when I was in the belly because she listened to those tunes when she was pregnant.XD
>Returning to the restaurant there is a whole collection of photos and pictures on the walls that are worth seeing while the owner tells you the story of many of them related to the world of sports.
>Among the decoration there are several trophies and objects such as balls, bats, balls, gloves and more that have been given to the restaurant by famous athletes when they ate there, which gives it a magical touch that I really like.

La atención y el servicio a la mesa.
El personal se nota que está muy bien entrenado a simple vista, sientes la elegancia y amabilidad de su trato, al parecer son muy eficientes y por lo que puede apreciar en las otras mesas todos los clientes estaban muy satisfechos con la atención y la velocidad con la que salían sus pedidos, incluso algo llamó mi atención, este restaurante no se da abasto para la cantidad de personas, por lo que ahora también hacen servicios de delivery a las residencias, algo que presumo les va muy bien por la cantidad de órdenes que salían en moto a cada momento.
La comida.
Empecemos por las bebidas, mis padres ordenaron unas cervezas tradicionales de polar para celebrar y yo un gatorade, todo estaba en su punto ideal, exactamente tan frío como para complacer al gusto más exigente, pero sin llegar a congelarse, cosa que es espectacular.
>The attention and service at the table.
>The staff is very well trained at a glance, you feel the elegance and kindness of their treatment, apparently they are very efficient and from what you can see in the other tables all customers were very satisfied with the attention and the speed with which their orders came out, even something caught my attention, this restaurant is not enough for the number of people, so now they also make delivery services to residences, something that I presume is going very well by the amount of orders that came out on a motorcycle at every moment.
>The food.
>Let's start with the drinks, my parents ordered some traditional polar beers to celebrate and I ordered a gatorade, everything was at its ideal point, exactly cold enough to please the most demanding taste, but without freezing, which is spectacular.

La ensalada César.
El combo de comida incluía una deliciosa ensalada cesar con aderezo preparado al momento, lo que aporta mucha frescura y sabor al plato que tenía todo en su santo lugar, lechugas verdes de tipo hidropónicas según me explicaron bañadas en el aderezo césar tradicional sin incluir anchoas porque eso me da alergia, decorada con finas tiras de queso parmesano italiano y lo más delicioso de todo cubos de tocineta extremadamente crujiente que le dan sabor, olor y textura a esta receta, llevando al paladar a su máxima expresión.
>The Caesar salad.
>The combo meal included a delicious caesar salad with dressing prepared at the moment, which brings a lot of freshness and flavor to the dish that had everything in its holy place, hydroponic type green lettuces as they explained to me bathed in the traditional caesar dressing without including anchovies because that gives me allergies, decorated with thin strips of Italian parmesan cheese and most delicious of all extremely crispy bacon cubes that give flavor, smell and texture to this recipe, taking the palate to its maximum expression.

Las papas fritas.
Ustedes dirán que tan especiales pueden ser las papas fritas como para incluirlas en la descripción, pues le cuento que sí, son especiales y con un sabor espectacular, tienen el punto justo para ser crujientes sin llegar a estar muy duras y además están rociadas con un polvo de especias que es mucho más que solo sal, aunque no sé qué es lo que le agregan si les puedo decir que les da un sabor grandioso, es más creo que son las mejores papas que he probado, o tal vez puede que sea el hambre que tenía, no lo sé, pero las recordaré por siempre, animándome sin duda a regresar cuando pueda nuevamente a este local.
>French fries.
>You will say that french fries can be so special as to include them in the description, well I tell you that yes, they are special and with a spectacular flavor, they have the right point to be crispy without being too hard and they are sprinkled with a spice powder that is much more than just salt, although I don't know what they add, I can tell you that it gives them a great flavor, I think they are the best potatoes I've ever tasted, or maybe it's the hunger I had, I don't know, but I will remember them forever, encouraging me to return when I can again to this place.

El pollo frito.
Llegamos al plato principal, la comida más importante del menú en el combo que escogimos, un pollo a la broster estilo Kentucky que sin dudas estaba tan bueno que cualquiera de las opciones de las cadenas de comida rápida no le hubiese llegado ni por los talones.
Este combo tenía 8 piezas de pollo, según me explicó mi amigo Orlando, el Chef del lugar, todas las piezas son marinadas durante 24 horas con salsas, especias y condimentos, luego son rebozadas en huevo mezclado con otras especias para finalmente ser pasado por harina y empanizado.
Debo decirle que el sabor era único, realmente fue muy sabroso comer este plato cocinado a la perfección, como decía la vieja propaganda del aceite, dorado por fuera y jugoso por dentro, con una textura crujiente y un olor que abruma todos tus sentidos y despierta tu hambre a niveles extremos queriendo mucho más.
Así concluyo esta reseña de mi almuerzo de graduación, espero que disfrutaran de este viaje tanto como yo disfruté comer en Ja & Jo Food, un excelente restaurante con atención inigualable.
>The fried chicken.
>We got to the main course, the most important meal on the menu in the combo we chose, a Kentucky style broster chicken that was undoubtedly so good that any of the fast food chain options wouldn't have even come close.
