**Visitando la Galería de Arte Urbana**

Este fin de semana salí de paseo a un nuevo centro comercial de Caracas, el cual me sirvió para aprender mucho más sobre el arte y la cultura, de eso les hablaré en este post, queridos amigos acompáñenme en mi visita a la galería de arte urbano.

En estos días aprendí muchas cosas nuevas, entre ellas que el arte evoluciona junto a la cultura urbana, eso me lo explicaron en mi visita  a la galería de arte urbano, ubicado en un nuevo centro comercial de Caracas, Venezuela, Centro Comercial Cerro Verde en los Naranjos, aquí aunque parezca extraño, existe una galería de arte moderno al mejor estilo de graffitis, en la cual dentro de un pasillo completo del centro comercial están exhibidas las obras más importantes de los artistas venezolanos que hacen este tipo de pintura, algo que era impensable hasta hace solo unos años.

Como es costumbre en las personas, pueden pensar que los museos o el arte, están relacionados exclusivamente a artistas plásticos de gran renombre y de gran trayectoria artística con cuadros al óleo, cuadros cinéticos o cualquier otra tendencia de arte de las cuales he aprendido mucho en la escuela en mis clases de Arte y Patrimonio, pero en mis cátedras también he aprendido que la cultura humana evoluciona y lo hace junto con la sociedad, así como hoy en día podemos encontrar que el arte no solamente está atrapada en un museo o dentro de una galería sofisticada, sino que además existen los NFT que también es una forma de arte y que ha evolucionado junto con la cultura tecnológica, por eso la blockchain tienen sus propias galerías de arte NFT.

Basado en esta misma premisa, las tendencias de la cultura urbana han hecho que surjan un nuevo tipo de pintura, que ya no es la rígida pintura artística contemplada en pinceles y esculturas estáticas o de tendencia minimalista, si no que se han exponenciado también para darle inclusión al llamado género urbano, que es la pintura de grafitis, se entiende que esta tendencia surgió unida también a las tendencias musicales relacionadas más que todo con la juventud de los años 90 y el llamado rap, pero debo asumir que con la llegada de los nuevos tiempos, este tipo de pinturas que fundamentalmente utilizan spray acrílico se fueron refinando y también convirtiendo en arte que hoy en día se publica a través de redes sociales teniendo espacio establecido para desarrollar murales que van más allá de un simple graffiti, expresión de pintura que puede causar algún tipo de rechazo por parte de ciertas personas chapadas a la antigua como diríamos coloquialmente.

Este tipo de pinturas han crecido y existe toda una generación representante del género, se han destacado y por eso yo creo que este centro comercial está dando un gran paso en el avance a la inclusión artística de estas personas, al darle un espacio muy importante, un pasillo de alrededor unos 50 metros donde hay un montón de obras de arte hechas con esta técnica de grafiti, como saben el grafiti es hecho totalmente a mano  con sistemas de spray y algunos artistas muy especiales también utilizan aerógrafos y compresores de aire para realizar sus pinturas.

Yo tuve la oportunidad de hacer la visita y aquí les muestro en mi publicación una gran variedad de estilos y técnicas utilizadas por los artistas urbanos para crear sus obras, debo reconocer que me encantó este tipo de arte, es algo que no había tenido la oportunidad de estar directamente con ella, de interactuar tan de cerca con este tipo de trabajo artístico y esta galería en el centro comercial me  permitió conocer un poco más de como ha evolucionado la cultura del ser humano, como ha cambiado el arte en lo que tiene que ver con la pintura y la inclusión del género de grafitti o pictografía urbana como también se les dice, los invito cordialmente a pasar por este centro comercial y visitar esta galería y  así vivir toda una experiencia diferente más allá ir a una simple galería de arte o de un museo porque aquí puedes interactuar con los artistas que están allí, puedes escribir en sus redes sociales, puedes contactar con ellos, lamentablemente en el momento que yo fui era muy temprano todavía y los artistas no estaban, ellos llegaban a partir de la 5 de la tarde, pero yo a esa hora ya no estaría en la localidad, así que bueno descubriendo este nuevo espacio de cultura, arte y exposición de la evolución humana los invito a pasar por aquí.

**Visiting the Urban Art Gallery**

This weekend I went for a walk to a new shopping mall in Caracas, which helped me to learn much more about art and culture, that's what I'll talk about in this post, dear friends join me in my visit to the urban art gallery.
 
These days I learned many new things, among them that art evolves along with urban culture, that was explained to me in my visit to the urban art gallery, located in a new shopping center in Caracas, Venezuela, Cerro Verde Mall in Los Naranjos, here, although it seems strange, there is a modern art gallery in the best style of graffiti, in which within a full corridor of the mall are exhibited the most important works of Venezuelan artists who do this type of painting, something that was unthinkable until just a few years ago.
 
As is customary in people, they may think that museums or art, are related exclusively to plastic artists of great renown and great artistic trajectory with oil paintings, kinetic paintings or any other art trend of which I have learned a lot in school in my classes of Art and Heritage, but in my professorships I have also learned that human culture evolves and does so along with society, just as today we can find that art is not only trapped in a museum or inside a sophisticated gallery, but there are also the NFT which is also a form of art and has evolved along with technological culture, that is why the blockchain have their own NFT art galleries.

Based on this same premise, the trends of urban culture have led to the emergence of a new type of painting, which is no longer the rigid artistic painting contemplated in brushes and static sculptures or minimalist trend, if not also have been exponentiation to give inclusion to the so-called urban genre, which is the graffiti painting, it is understood that this trend emerged also linked to musical trends related mostly to the youth of the 90's and the so-called rap, but I must assume that with the arrival of the new times, this type of paintings that fundamentally use acrylic spray were refined and also becoming art that today is published through social networks having established space to develop murals that go beyond a simple graffiti, painting expression that can cause some kind of rejection by certain people old-fashioned as we would say colloquially.
 
This type of paintings have grown and there is a whole generation representing the genre, they have stood out and that is why I think this mall is taking a big step in advancing the artistic inclusion of these people, by giving them a very important space, a hallway of about 50 meters where there are a lot of works of art made with this graffiti technique, as you know graffiti is done entirely by hand with spray systems and some very special artists also use airbrushes and air compressors to make their paintings.
 
I had the opportunity to make the visit and here I show you in my publication a variety of styles and techniques used by urban artists to create their works, I must admit that I loved this type of art, is something that I had not had the opportunity to be directly with her, to interact so closely with this type of artwork and this gallery in the mall allowed me to learn a little more about how human culture has evolved, how art has changed in what has to do with painting and the inclusion of the genre of graffiti or urban pictographs as they are also called, I cordially invite you to go through this mall and visit this gallery and thus live a whole different experience beyond going to a simple art gallery or a museum because here you can interact with the artists who are there, you can write on their social networks, you can contact them, unfortunately at the time I went it was still very early and the artists were not there, they arrived from 5 pm, but at that time I would not be in the town, so well discovering this new space of culture, art, and exhibition of human evolution I invite you to stop by here.
