HangZhou is a modern city featuring grace and elegancy. As a pioneer in Internet and blockchain, Ocean's biggest feeling for this city is "full of energy".

Immense curiosity is showed towards new things across all levels of society. Ocean said the govt has long been supporting the blockchain industry and HangZhou is one of the most well-developed city in China so it sure will play a leading role in this area. 

This time, Ocean shared many stories about EOS and EOS Gravity.

### 1.EOS Gravity Founder——Ocean

With the same goals and visions, we are all attracted by same thing--the EOS philosophy. What are the philosophic attributes the EOS possesses?

1、Everything is in constant changes
Ocean believes that the changes in blockchain is faster than any of us would imagine. Tiny accidents can be turned into "Black Swan", as in the butterfly effect. "Black Swan" is inevitable, the key to survival is the ability to adapt to changes.

2、Vulnerability-resistant：
A highly consensus system is to the benefit of small-scale transmission. A transparent, public system will accelarate the decision process, thus avoiding the crises facing Ethereum.

3、Efficiency and decentrilized balance：
DPOS combines efficiency required in doing business with vulnerability-resistant ability by decentrilization, making EOS a system that's not so "perfect" but still "will work" .

4、BM is good at changes：
BM is an expert at parameter adjustment and system iteration. Creation is born amid constant changes.
Ocean continued to talk about changes in EOS Gravity, which also is on the constant change to a better future. For instance: we set up a Gravity node programme to find like-minded people to for mutual help. And we set up a platform named Gravity Time for Dapp development and to help to contribute to EOS ecosystem.
In the future, we will focus on the following three aspects: ecosystem; BP; community

We try to link different communities together and we plan to do it from a long-term 

perspective. This will need effort from every member of our community!

### 2.Founder of WaterDrip Capital——Li Wancai

Dr. Li is counted as a veteran in blockchain industry. First set his foot in blockchain industry, he always has access to the inside information. He talked about his past experience and different phrases he went through in the previous years investing.

In 2013, he was doing business in a traditional was, not understanding what does consensus means in blockchain.
In 2015, he started purchasing mining rigs but end up with failure and this is when he came to realize that investment needs deeper understanding.
In 2016, he entered blockchain, setting the tone for blockchain industry in Shanghai.
In 2017, he founded WaterDrip Capital. 
In 2018, he abandoned Ethereum for EOS. Though there were bubble in the market, but it is a real game-changer.
His next step is Dapp incubation. Will there be a transformative app that will boost the morale of everyone in the industry? Wait and see.
