My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2021

This picture is not from today’s run, but I expect within a week or two I’ll be able to run there instead of running on the road by it. A great little trail a couple miles from my house.

Ran 5.4 miles, my sixth day in a row. Furthest I’ve run in a year, which is pretty depressing to think about. But I’ll try to stay focused on what I hope will be an injury free month of March.
