Gosh, what a day. I got home late but managed to do weight training at 9pm and finish at 10pm for my fast. I'm trying intermediate fasting for two weeks but making sure that I am taking enough protein in my 'eating' time. Today was only day two of the fast so I will provide an update in 12 or so days time. Not much else to report, I walked about 3 miles in total, not much but better than nothing. Weights were... weighty! Tomorrow is another busy day but I may try to walk instead of drive/take the bus. It just depends on the weather.
