Edits Are Somehow Being Undone On Posts

Do any of you notice that after editing or correcting a typographical error on an article or a posted reply, the edit somehow either doesn't take or the modified text goes back to the way it was?  This has been happening to me recently, and it is straining my Resource Credits for me to have to make the same edits a second time round.  Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Yesterday I made some changes on an article of mine to beef up its grammar and writing style; and when I reread the article today, it turned out that the edit that I had made was missing.  After I proceeded to edit the article again, the Raw HTML version of it was showing the edit from yesterday there.  What is going on here?  It's all so freaky, and I know that many Steemians who may be experiencing this same problem are not happy about expending extra Resource Credits to redo their edits and get them to take.  I know how to report this problem, and I suppose that I could do so.  However, I'm curious to know whether this is something that is happening to other people and if it is something that has an easy fix to it.  If anyone knows what's going on, let me know in my comments section.

Well, I did an edit on the above article to place my initial mention of "Resource Credits" in capital letters.  Hopefully, it will take.
