Wow, this interests me to no end. Being a 3d artist doing lots and lots of renders a day, being able to monetize on your hardware and being able to earn their cost back is just a small piece of why this is interesting.

I won't claim to know a lot about crypto, because I don't. But seeing things like this based on cryptocurrency and tokens and what not just makes me more and more interested in it. It shows me there is so much potential to be had with all of these ways to monetize without labour, just by sharing what you already have. I myself need to look into this particular use more deeply, but I thought this was to cool not to at least write a little thing about and bring it to peoples attention.

The basic Idea is no different then  Folding@home or SETI@home, distributed computing I'm sure ALL of us has supported at one time or another. The difference is that you're now actually getting something in return that might end up being really valuable.

The future looks BRIGHT !
