我偷个懒，就介绍最简单的方法。
需要注意的是，目前创建新号需要耗费大概7 trillions 的RC，那就是说你至少需要拥有5000SP才能创建。

如果你拥有足够的SP，只需要2个步骤创建新号：

<h1>Claim account，拿号，占个位。</h1>

这个步骤需要耗费大概7 Trillions 的RC。需要说明的是RC是可以恢复的，从0%RC到100%RC需要5天。
1. 通过steemconnect拿号，占个位：  <a href="https://steemconnect.com/sign/claim-account?fee=0.000%20STEEM&amp;extensions=%5B%5D">https://steemconnect.com/sign/claim-account?fee=0.000 STEEM&amp;extensions=[]</a>
2. 等你完成steemconnect的操作后，到www.steemd.com/@你的steemitID 查看“Pending claimed accounts” 显示的可建新号数量。

3. 如果你有可建新号的数量，就可以建新号了。

<h1>Create Account, 建新号</h1>

现在有很多python，js的程序可以建新号，我选了一个最简单最无脑的方法。
1. 通过这个网站创建新号：https://codebull.github.io/AccountCreate/
2. 按照图中所示填入账户信息

3. 点击创建后，新号就建好了。

<h1>提供免费注册的DAPP：</h1>

<ul>
<li>steemhunt：通过https://steemhunt.com/sign-up 免费获得新账户</li>
<li>steemmonsters：https://steemmonsters.com/ 需要购买一个新手包才给你创建一个新号</li>
<li>@cnbuddy 和 @team-cn 有一定数量的名额，如果需要新号，可以联系他们。</li>
<li>steempress-io 也claim了很多新号，未来可能也会提供免费账户注册</li>
</ul>

<h1>注意事项：</h1>

<ul>
<li>通过RC创建的新号如果没有得到创建账户代理的SP，只有0 SP，只够发3个帖子/回复。目前官方在开发RC代理工具，未来可以通过代理RC的方式给新号。</li>
<li>拿完号后不需要马上创建新号，你可以等到你需要的时候创建。创建的时候不需要耗费RC。</li>
<li>RC是可恢复的，如果你有足够的RC，不妨拿几个号，等有需要的时候创建新号。</li>
</ul>
