Summer, of course, is delicious to enjoy cold drinks as a thirst quencher. In addition to increasing the consumption of mineral water, fruits are also very necessary to increase body ions and maintain the body's immunity so that it continues to be fit for activities.

>Musim panas tentu saja enaknya menikmati minuman dingin sebagai pelepas dahaga. Selain memperbanyak konsumsi air mineral, buah-buahan juga sangat diperlukan untuk menambah ion tubuh dan tetap menjaga imun tubuh agar terus bugar dalam beraktivitas.

On this occasion I will invite foodies to prepare one of the delicious cold drinks served in the summer, in Indonesia we call it Fruit Soup. In general it looks like a salad, but it seems different in presentation and recipe.
>Pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan mengajak foodies untuk menyiapkan salah satu minuman dingin yang nikmat disajikan di musim panas, di Indonesia kami menamainya Sup Buah. Secara umum terlihat seperti salad, namun berbeda dalam penyajian dan resep saja sepertinya.

This fruit soup is one of the most sought-after culinary delights in Indonesia, besides being delicious when the weather is hot, fresh fruits mixed with syrup and condensed milk make for a taste that is second to none. The following is a simple recipe that you can prepare to make fresh home-style Fruit Soup.

>Sup buah ini menjadi salah satu kuliner yang paling dicari di Indonesia, selain enak dinikmati bila cuaca panas, buah-buahan segar yang bercampur dengan sirup dan susu kental jadikan cita rasa yang tiada duanya. Berikut ini adalah resep sederhana yang dapat Anda siapkan untuk membuat Sup Buah segar ala rumahan. 

#### Ingredient

3 Avocados
1/2 Watermelon
1 Sweet Fragrant Mango (if any)
1/2 Melon
2 Apples
2 Pears
1/4 kg of Strawberry
2 Dragon Fruits
1 Young Coconut (dredged / if any)
Sweetened condensed milk
Cocopandan or Vanilla Syrup
Ice

#### Bahan

>3 Buah Alpukat
1/2 Buah Semangka
1 Buah Mangga Harum Manis (jika ada) 
1/2 Buah Melon
2 Buah Apel
2 Buah Pir
1/4 kg Strawberry
2 Buah Naga
Kelapa Muda (dikeruk/jika ada)
Susu Kental Manis
Sirup Cocopandan atau Vanila
Es Batu

#### Step

Peel and cut all the fruit ingredients that have been prepared into cubes, or in small shapes. Then put everything in the container. Prepare another container to make a mixture of milk cream, mineral water, cocopandan syrup. Stir until blended, while adding all the fruit mixture that has been cut into small pieces / cubes. Add ice cubes and pour cocopandan cream sauce. If the fruit soup is not sweet enough, you can add sugar or syrup according to taste. Serve with family or relatives to quench thirst in summer. Well, what about friends, it's easy to prepare right? Good luck at home.

>#### Langkah

Kupas dan Potong semua bahan-bahan buah yang telah disiapkan menjadi bentuk dadu, atau dalam bentuk yang kecil. Kemudian masukan semuanya ke dalam wadah
Siapkan wadah lain untuk membuat campuran cream susu, air mineral, sirup cocopandan. Aduk-aduk sampai rata, sambil masukan semua campuran Buah-buahan yang sudah dipotong kecil-kecil/dadu. Tambahkan es batu dan siram dengan kuah cream cocopandan. 
Jika Sop buah masih dirasa kurang manis, Anda dapat tambahkan gula maupun sirup sesuai selera. Sajikan bersama keluarga ataupun kerabat untuk melepas dahaga di musim panas. Nah, gimana teman-teman, mudah untuk disiapkan bukan? Selamat mencoba di rumah.
