Use IPFS data strorage with Raven coin protocol (RVN)

We at Nydegger consultants made some tests to attach an independent appraiser certificate, stored with the IPFS protocol, along every digital asset we issued on the RVN blockchain. Every asset representing a jewelry piece of our customer.
