# **6 thing I learned in my first birth**




1-Tener mi primer hijo aparte de una cita a ciegas es como tener un trabajo nuevo sin experiencia ya que será tu primera ves amantando, extranochandote, bañando a tu bebe, haciendo teteros, papillas.

2-En lo particular yo fui cesaría y las primera semana son un poco duras para atender a tu bebe por tu malestar y porque tienes que ser muy cuidadosa con los puntos, siempre tenerla limpia desinfectada y no tenerla apretada ni tapara con algodón ni gasas te puedo recomendar que no tengas miedo de lavarte tu misma tu cesaría los primeros días con jabón azul, ya que esto te ayudara a sanar muy rápido y a estar mas tranquila contigo misma.

3-Iban pasando los días y fuy aprendiendo a conocer a mi bebe sus horas de comer escuchando las recomendaciones de mama todos los días y detallando en esta aventura que es importante escuchar a la que ya sabe como seria todo lo q tu estas pasando.

4-Las nauseas fueron mis compañeras durante los primeros tres meses era algo que muy poco podría controlar que venia en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar, la mejor recomendación es que si estas en estado siempre salgas con algo de alcohol ya que este te puede controlar las nausea rápidamente.

5-Trabajar asta el momento de dar a luz no tiene nada de malo si no te toca de otra y tienes que trabajar  no tenga miedo en mi primer embarazo trabaje, hasta el ultimo día recomendaciones no hacer peso, ni agacharte de maneras brusca, ten limite y al mismo tiempo confianza en como te sientas con tu tiempo de gestación.

6-Escoger el nombre de mi primer hijo fue suma mente fácil regularmente los primeros hijos se llaman igual al papa o parecido a la mama por eso junto a mi esposo llegamos a un acuerdo de que llevaría nuestros nombre y hay nació, Erick José que de igual manera luego buscamos el significado de su nombre ya que en lo personal para mi es muy importante ver que significa tu nombre ya que es algo para toda la vida llevaras a donde quieras que vallas, SI NO ES TU CASO te invito a que busques libros de nombres ya que somos madres que no pendamos los nombre y debes de un nombre le ponemos una carga a nuestros hijos.
