easy run with reason or blood donation

Tonight's run was an easy one. With a reason. It was the day of my regular contribution to society in the form of blood donation. You can do it every three months and my last visit to the center was on August 14th. 

Slovenia's national institution for blood donation is called [Blood Transfusion Center of Slovenia](http://www.ztm.si/en/blood-donation/) They have this nice quarters in a hospital area of Ljubljana with a big fish tank in the lobby.

After the act of donation, you are entitled to a meal. I took The *Greek* sandwich and drank several cups of coffee, tea, and fruit juice. It is important to eat and drink (just enough9 immediately after giving blood so your body can recover.

I didn't take any photos during the process itself. Here is the photo of the bandage which I wore for several hours before I was certain I can take it off.

On blood donation days you should rest and recover. My daily run was late, slow, and short. I guess it would be like that anyway :)
