En los últimos años ha cobrado mucha fuerza el tema del **Amor Propio**, a mí en lo personal me parece algo genial, el quererse uno mismo debe ser una pieza fundamental en nuestra vida y no la debemos negociar con nada, sin embargo, siento que se ha desvirtuado el verdadero significado de esto y quiero compartir con ustedes lo que pienso al igual que me gustaría saber lo que ustedes piensan.

Las modas siempre han existido pero se han vuelto aún más fuertes desde el nacimiento de las redes sociales, no solamente para gustos musicales y de vestimenta, si no también para inducir o inculcar algún pensamiento, esto ha sido un arma de doble filo porque como puede ser positivo también puede llegar a ser bastante negativo. Una de las cosas que es muy preocupante y de desarrolla a través de las redes sociales, es que toda persona se puede llegar a viralizar con mensajes idóneos o equivocos, y **¿porque digo preocupante?**, pues lamentablemente gran parte de los consumidores de las redes son personas jóvenes que están buscando su norte e identidad, congeniando de esta manera con pensamientos tendencias.

Es muy cierto que cada cabeza es un mundo y tenemos libre albedrío para tomar las desiciones que mejor nos parezcan, aún así, debemos tener en cuenta que somos seres sociales y no estamos solos en este mundo, fuimos diseñados para vivir en sociedad bajo ciertos principios que nos hagan mantener buenas relaciones y no vivir en anarquía, por otro lado, también es necesario tener en cuenta que siempre vamos a estar rodeados de personas y que nuestros actos repercuten tanto en nosotros en manera directa, como en los demás ya sea de manera directa o indirecta, dicho esto, quiero dejar en claro ciertas cosas para que no se mal interprete lo que quiero decir:

**1-** *Estamos por encima de todos y de todo*.
**2-** *Nuestro bienestar debe ser el norte en la ruta que recorremos a través de los temas y terapias espirituales*.
**3-** *La paz que tanto nos ha costado conseguir, no se negocia con nada ni nadie*.

>**3-** *The peace that we have worked so hard to achieve is not negotiable with anyone or anything.*

Dicho lo anterior, dejo en claro como en otras publicaciones que nada debe estar por encima de nosotros, somos nuestro mayor tesoro y nos debemos cuidar tal cual un cofre lleno de oro. Sin embargo, el amor propio no es dejar de tener empatía por los demás ni lastimar a las otras personas a costa de nuestro bienestar, no, esa no es una buena señal enviada al universo ya que al fin y al cabo la vida es un *búmeran* y lo que lanzamos es lo que recibimos. Lamentablemente desde hace ya un tiempo esto es algo que ha tomado mucha fuerza, el interés por muchas personas hacia su entorno se ha perdido.

Unfortunately for some time now this is something that has taken a lot of strength, the interest of many people towards their environment has been lost.

Ahorita el quererse lo llevan a un tema netamente superficial, y aunque sea parte de ello, no lo es todo. El buscar de sentirte bien con tu físico, verte bien y ser bien apreciado por los demás pero principalmente por ti por estar y sentirte bien físicamente, está genial. Pero llevar todo esto a un punto para denigrar a otros o hacer daño, no está nada bien. Se que en nuestro crecimiento nos vamos alejando de muchas personas y en varias ocasiones esto es bastante necesario para avanzar, pero mi punto va más allá de eso, y es que se puede evidenciar cómo por el *"amor propio"* de muchos otros tantos son muy lastimados. Por este tema enesimas personas pierden valor, se forman ideales erróneos en dónde la intimidad y la integridad pasan a un segundo plano y hasta la esencia de una persona se puede perder.

The search to feel good with your physique, to look good and be well appreciated by others but mainly by you for being and feeling good physically, is great. But to take all this to a point to denigrate others or do harm, is not good at all. I know that in our growth we are moving away from many people and on several occasions this is quite necessary to move forward, but my point goes beyond that, and is that you can see how the *"self-love"* of many others are very hurt. Because of this issue, many people lose value, wrong ideals are formed where intimacy and integrity take a back seat and even the essence of a person can be lost.

Yo sé que esto es algo muy personal, cada quien puede tener su punto, pero considero que este tema está afectando mucho a la sociedad cuando no se aplica de la manera correcta.
