Today, I explain How to Make a Graph Paper in Microsoft Word app. If you are into using the graph paper for the education usage, you would find this tutorial useful. 

Graph papers are used for the mathematical graph and plot representation. You can also use them to display various sets of the mathematical operation on a scale. 

And to do these operation you would be needing the graph paper for your use. In this tutorial I wish to show you how to create one using the microsoft word.

For this I am making use of the Word  2021. You can use any other application of your choice. I think Microsoft Word is available in most of the desktops and you can also use the online version if possible. 

Follow the steps below:

1. Open the Word 2021 application. 
2. Go to the ribbon tab "Design". 
3. You can go to the "Page Colors". 
4. Then go to the "Fill Effects". 
5. Choose the graph tile for the effect.

You can adjust the color to green, blue, red and as per the demand. I feel that color is kind of optional and depends on which is required. 

Click OK and save the design and get the document saved. 

That's it. I am sure you would do this and add the big margins inside to make the squares inside the document too. Which is nearly available for the design as well. 

You can also use the Indesign, quark express and few other apps for the design of this type of document.
