Every day I see how the AI is growing it's tentacles. And unfortunately some of the people are coming in cross fire with the AI's growth.
A lot of things have been coming out which make you rethink your current career and upcoming changes in the job market.
Introverts are losing some of their skills to the AI jobs and the Extrovert are being taken over by the bots. All of us are in some kind of scenario where you don't know what could be the future.
Which brings us back to the theory of how things are happening in last 15 years.
So let's talk about it.
### Bringing Women into Workforce was intentional

Remember the wave of feminism in the 2010 and since then how the women are being included in everything that is going on around. I know I have seen this change since last 15 years.
I was not given priority to most of the jobs and the education sector and suddenly everyone has been pushing for the equality. I was like when did this happened.
And as speak, we are living in the world where everyone regardless of the gender, color, race are equal. Imagine in 2005 that was not the case even. And we all struggled on various fronts.
### Bringing Crypto into the World was Intentional

Rolling time ahead of activism world, the crypto paper came out thanks to the satoshi nakamoto. And that was kind of something everybody ignored. And then Ethereum came out with the chain which had the smart contracts.
Slowly the world started putting it's data on the chain. And a lot of that data is secure and also is open based on what people want to save. Something like this was kind of crafting with intention.
Every small details of the blockchain has been done with intention. And slowly things have been going in the direction of the product that has the use case. So it's reasonable to say that there are people who are navigating this change intentionally.
### Crypto then Covid to AI, It's pretty Planned

None of us have any idea how come out of the blue covid came into the picture. How come people who all got equal on the face of the earth suddenly started to lose the jobs to the AI which is bigger variable in this equation.
If crypto is china's doing, AI is something every country in the world is investing into and it's everyone's sin. But all of this is leading to something.
A change.
In short, world is changing, we are living in that SciFi world that people in 80s and 90s used to watch. Except we don't have the matrix based dream system, flying cars and the robots on roads yet.
No conspiracy, no aliens, no free masons, no reptilians.
In short some changes are intentional, some are accident.
All of that means, there is a change.
We are supposed to adjust to that change on finance, personal life and skill level.
