La pregunta del millón, que vamos a comer? Así le pregunté a mi esposo anoche sin saber exactamente qué preparar para la cena. 

El me comentó que le gustaría comer pizza pero por la hora (ya eran las 8 de la noche), no nos daba tiempo de hacer la masa, la salsa y además esperar que se cocinara, pues mi hijo tenía clases en la mañana y no se podía trasnochar. 

Se me ocurrió entonces encontrar una solución rápida pero que al mismo tiempo nos matara ese antojo por la pizza que ahora era mutuo 😂🥲. 

Me fui a la panadería y compré dos panes grandes, también unos tomates y le dije a mi esposo: Pues hagamos panes con sabor a pizza.

Y cuando dije hagamos la verdad me refería a que él los hiciera porque yo no tenía ningún poquito de ánimos de cocinar. 😅

Entonces se fue a la cocina muy tranquilamente y se puso a cocinar. Yo por supuesto estaba ahí con el ojito montado supervisando todo y tomándole foticos, ya saben cómo soy, para mí todo es un buen post. ☺️

The million dollar question, what are we going to eat? That's what I asked my husband last night without knowing exactly what to prepare for dinner. 

He told me that he would like to eat pizza but because of the time (it was already 8 pm), we didn't have time to make the dough, the sauce and wait for it to cook, since my son had classes in the morning and he couldn't stay up late. 

It occurred to me then to find a quick solution but at the same time kill that craving for pizza that was now mutual 😂🥲. 

I went to the bakery and bought two large loaves of bread, some tomatoes and told my husband: Let's make pizza-flavored bread.

And when I said let's make them I really meant let him make them because I didn't feel like cooking at all. 😅

So he went to the kitchen very quietly and started cooking. I of course was there with my little eye on him supervising everything and taking pictures, you know how I am, for me everything is a good post. ☺️

Es una preparación bastante sencilla pero que queda deliciosa y además cumple su función. 

El comenzó picando cada pan en cuatro partes, los abrió a la mitad y luego los dividido en dos. 

Los baño con un poco de margarina en la superficie y reservó.

Luego se puso a cocinar lo que sería la salsa. Para esto pico un picó de ajo y llevó a sofreír en una olla. Con un poco de mortadela picada en cuadros, que previamente selló en la plancha.

Then he started to cook what would become the sauce. For this he chopped some garlic and sautéed it in a pot. With some mortadella chopped in squares, which he previously sealed on the griddle.

Luego picó los tomates en cubos y agregó a la preparación.

Mezclo muy bien y agrego un poco de agua para que se creara la salsa.

Una vez lista, le agregó un poco a cada una de las tapas de pan que ya tenía acomodados en la bandeja. 

Los espolvoreo en la superficie con un poco de queso rallado y luego llevo al horno, al cual únicamente había encendido la parrilla de gratinar.

Estuvieron unos 15 minutos tostándose e impregnándose de ese sabor a pizza. 

Una vez listo los retiramos del horno y ya estaban listos para disfrutar. 

Así es entonces como se mata un antojo de pizza en una noche con la que no se cuenta con suficiente tiempo y que además no requiere de mucho esfuerzo.

They were about 15 minutes toasting and impregnated with that pizza flavor. 

Once ready we removed them from the oven and they were ready to enjoy. 

This is how you kill a pizza craving on a night when you don't have enough time and it doesn't require much effort.

¡Qué buena idéa!
Me ha gustado mucho lo de que hagas un sofrito con el ajo, el tomate y el embutido, así quedará mas sabroso y es más elaborado que poner un tomate frito de bote como hago yo.
Por otro lado tambien me ha gustado mucho el detalle de ponerle mantequilla al pan me ha recordado a mi madre que cuando yo era niña le ponía mantequilla a las pizzas.

Yo no tenía idea que fuera una idea tan común el colocarle mantequilla a la pizza. Para mí es algo súper nuevo y cuando le conté sobre tu comentario a mi esposo me confirmó que es súper común 😂😅.

Que asombrosa receta, tengo la boca hecha agua de ver lo divinos que quedaron esos panes-pizza jskdjd, una vez en casa de una amiga me dieron a probar de estos ricos panes y quedé fascinada, no tomaba nada de tiempo y eran super ricos, a diferencia de los que usted preparó nosotras no los metimos en el horno pero siento que si lo hubiéramos hecho hubieran quedado aún más ricos skdjkd. Muy buena receta querida amiga, nos estamos leyendo.
