Para finalizar con esta serie de recetas de panes por esta semana, me gustaría compartirles una receta muy deliciosa y que estoy segura que amarán como yo. 

Se trata de unos pan dulce de manito. Su nombre se debe a la forma que tienen y son unos pancitos de una textura suave, pero crocante en la parte donde se le da la forma de "manito". 

Es otra de las recetas que tenía mucha curiosidad por aprender a preparar y hoy por supuesto les compartiré todos los detalles para que puedan hacerlos en sus casitas. ♥

To finish with this series of bread recipes for this week, I would like to share with you a very delicious recipe that I am sure you will love as much as I do. 

It is a sweet little hand bread. Its name comes from the shape they have and they have a soft texture, but crunchy in the part where it is shaped like a "little hand". 

It is another recipe that I was very curious to learn how to prepare and today of course I will share with you all the details so you can make them at home. ♥

* 500 gr de harina de trigo todo uso
* 150 gr de azúcar
* 185 gr de agua
* 1 huevo
* 5 gr de leche en polvo
* 25 gr de levadura
* 50 gr de manteca
* 5 gr de esencia vainilla
* 3 gr de esencia de naranja
* 3 gr de sal
1 cucharadita de canela en polvo

Para el embonado:

* 250 gr de manteca
* 250 gr de harina de trigo

* 1 egg
* 5 gr powdered milk
* 25 grams of yeast
* 50 grams of butter

Comenzamos la preparación pasando la harina de trigo, la leche y la canela en polvo por un colador para cernir. 

La colocamos en un bowl grande y abrimos un agujero en el centro a modo de volcán. 

La levadura la hidratamos en el agua y una vez disuelta la colocamos en el centro del volcán. 

Agregamos las esencias y el huevo.

We start the preparation by passing the wheat flour, milk and cinnamon powder through a sifter to sift. 

We place it in a large bowl and open a hole in the center as a volcano. 

Hydrate the yeast in the water and once dissolved, place it in the center of the volcano. 

Add the essences and the egg.

Luego colocamos el azúcar y sin mezclar con la harina vamos a irla disolviendo con ayuda de nuestras manos.

Then we add the sugar and without mixing with the flour we will dissolve it with the help of our hands.

Cuando este disuelta integramos los líquidos con la harina y cuando se haya hidratado por completo agregaremos la manteca.

Luego pasamos la masa al mesón y comenzamos a amasarla con la palma de las manos, procurando no clavar nuestros dedos. 

Luego agregamos la sal y continuamos hasta lograr una masa suave.

Dejamos reposar la masa por 15 minutos y transcurrido el tiempo vamos a desgasificar y a cortar porciones de 70 gramos. 

También haremos el embonado, que es una pasta que se coloca en uno de los extremos de la masa para lograr ese efecto que llamamos "manito". 

No es más que la mezcla de harina de trigo y manteca.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and after that time we will degas and cut portions of 70 grams. 

We will also make the embonado, which is a paste that is placed on one of the ends of the dough to achieve the effect we call "manito". 

It is nothing more than the mixture of wheat flour and butter.

Para darle forma a los panes debemos aplanar la masa con el rodillo en forma rectangular, colocamos en la mitad de la masa el embonado, luego enrollamos en diagonal la masa y cortaremos sin llegar al final de la masa por el lado donde colocamos la pasta de manteca y harina.

Abrimos un poco para terminar de dar la forma y así tendremos listo nuestro pan de manito.

To shape the breads we must flatten the dough with the rolling pin in a rectangular shape, place the embonado in the middle of the dough, then roll the dough diagonally and cut without reaching the end of the dough on the side where we put the butter and flour paste.

We open a little to finish giving the shape and thus we will have our hand bread ready.

Así repetiremos este proceso con el resto de la masa. Los colocaremos sobre una bandeja engrasada, luego barnizamos con una mezcla de yema de huevo, leche y azúcar y espolvoreamos con azúcar. 

Los dejaremos reposar por unos 30 minutos y luego llevaremos al horno por 20-25 minutos.

Repeat this process with the rest of the dough. We will place them on a greased tray, then we will glaze them with a mixture of egg yolk, milk and sugar and sprinkle with sugar. 

We will let them rest for about 30 minutes and then we will take them to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
