# ¿Quien dice que no se puede comer chatarra un martes?

Hola a todos, espero estén teniendo un buen día, por mi parte el día ha estado muy fresco, hace frio por aquí, no me he quitado el abrigo, me desperté muy temprano como suelo hacer todos los días y con mi hermana decidimos ir al supermercado, las dos solas esta vez, ya que mi vecina no pudo acompañarnos y mi madre tenia algunas diligencias por hacer.

Desayunamos nuestra respectiva arepa, pero esta vez con aguacate y mayonesa, por supuesto mi mamá tuvo que salir muy temprano pero no se olvidó de prepararnos nuestro respectivo café con leche que tanto nos encanta, así que bueno, fuimos al supermercado compramos algunas cosas, vimos que los chorizos estaban económicos, los metimos al carrito de compras y al salir de allí dijimos "Hagamos choripanes hoy", y ni cortas ni perezosas nos fuimos a la panadería por los panes para llevar a cabo la cena de hoy.</div>
>We had our respective arepa for breakfast, but this time with avocado and mayonnaise, of course my mother had to leave very early but she did not forget to prepare our respective coffee with milk that we love so much, so well, we went to the supermarket we bought some things, we saw The chorizos were cheap, we put them in the shopping cart and when we left there we said "Let's make choripanes today", and neither short nor lazy we went to the bakery for the bread to carry out today's dinner.

Así que eran las 6:00 pm y ya teníamos hambre, por lo general a esa hora comenzamos a preparar la cena, acostumbramos a cenar temprano en casa y no esta mal, algunos médicos recomiendan eso, o bueno eso creo, lo bueno de cenar temprano es que no te acuestas totalmente lleno.

Comenzamos con las salsas: mayonesa, salsa de tomate y salsa tartara que había quedado de las hamburguesas, no teníamos pote desocupado y la echamos en el pote de la salsa mostaza. Y bueno con los ingredientes que les mostrare a continuación, lo bueno de esto es que teníamos todo en casa, solo faltaba los chorizos y los panes.

Una vez todos los ingredientes en el mesón comenzamos a rellenar nuestros deliciosos panes, para lo que pedí ayuda de mi hermana, ella tiene mas paciencia que yo y a mi se me lograban desarmar, preferí que ella rellenara y yo hacia el respectivo control de calidad y auditoria. Así que abrimos los panes y comenzamos a agregar ingrediente por ingrediente:

Y bueno ya listos nuestros panes, agregamos la salsa por encima que es el toque final y el más delicioso y comenzamos a disfrutar de nuevos deliciosos choripanes, aquí verán una foto que me hizo mi hermana despistada mientras le pegaba un mordisco, la verdad es que son rápidos para elaborar, sencillos de hacer y con cosas que seguramente tendremos en casa.
