Hola a todos, espero que esten bien. Tengo que contarles que desde que llegué a Medellín y probé variedad de pizzas siento que amo la pizza con locura. En mi país, no comía tanta pizza ni compraba en diferentes lugares porque eran doblemente caras, pero aquí, puedes encontrar buenos lugares, a buen precio, con buenos ingredientes y así pasar un día tan diferente y especial con las personas que quieres.  </div>

Esta vez dije, "quiero intentar hacer una pizza en casa con todos los ingredientes que se me vengan a la mente", así que fuimos al supermercado, compramos algunas cosas que hacían falta en casa para llevar a cabo la receta y surgió algo tan delicioso.

* Base para pizza Bimbo             /                  Bimbo pizza base
* Pasta de tomate / Tomate paste
* Chorizo español de cerdo / Spanish porl chorizo
* Salami / Salami
* Jamón serrano / Serrano Ham
* Ajo en polvo / Garlic powder
* Aceite de oliva // Oilive oil
* Pimienta / Pepper
* Queso parmesano / Parmesan

Para comenzar, debo decir que estas bases para pizza bimbo, facilitan mi existencia y mis ganas de comer pizza. Son super prácticas, con buen sabor y a buen precio. El paquete es excelente. Si tu deseas, puedes hacer tu propia masa a tu gusto y así tal vez conseguir una pizza más grande.

Lo primero que hice fué poner mantequilla esparcida por toda la parte de arriba de la bandeja de mi horno, esto ayudará a que no se pegue y sea fácil sacarlas. Prendemos el horno, dejamos calentar mientras vamos armando rápidamente nuestras mini pizzas.

>*The first thing I did was spread butter all over the top of my oven tray, this will help it not stick and make it easy to remove. We turn on the oven, let it heat up while we quickly assemble our mini pizzas.*

Una vez esparcida la mantequilla, ponemos las bases que quepan separadas  en la bandeja de nuestro horno.

>*Once the butter is spread, we put the bases that fit separately on the tray of our oven.*

Yo conseguí esta pasta de tomate económica y me pareció fenomenal. Pones la cantidad que desees sin exagerar y la esparces por toda la base de pizza para así poder agregar nuestros ingredientes principales.

>*I got this cheap tomato paste and I thought it was phenomenal. You put the amount you want without exaggerating and spread it all over the pizza base so you can add our main ingredients.*

Una vez puesta la pasta de tomate y esparcida por toda la base. Colocamos a nuestro gusto nuestra bandeja de carnes. Yo conseguí este paquete en el supermercado a buen precio y una excelente combinación. Los 3 ingredientes juntos le dan un toque fenomenal a la pizza. Los ponemos tratando de que no quede ningún espacio vacío.

El queso parmesano no puede faltar o algún otro queso de tu preferencia. La ultima vez utilicé queso azul. Sin embargo, el parmesano es mi favorito. Esparce la cantidad que quieras y empieza a agregar condimentos de tu gusto.

>*Parmesan cheese cannot be missing or some other cheese of your preference. Last time I used blue cheese. However, Parmesan is my favorite. Spread the amount you want and start adding seasonings of your liking.*

Si tienes otros condimentos de tu preferencia puedes agregarlos. Para mi es suficiente con estos puesto que son mis favoritos. Agregamos la pimienta, esparciendola por todos lados de la pizza.

>*If you have other condiments of your preference you can add them. For me these are enough since they are my favorites. Add the pepper, spreading it all over the pizza.*

Agregamos aceite de oliva, este último es a gusto. Por lo menos a mi me fascina ponerle antes y después y de verdad el sabor es estupéndo.

Ya nos queda solo agregar ajo en polvo esparcido por toda la pizza sin abusar para no hacer el sabor tan intenso o si deseas puedes ponerlo a tu gusto una vez la pizza esté horneada.

Es momento de ponerlas en el horno por al menos 10 minutos o hasta que la base esté dorada puesto que no queremos que se queme. Me encanta cuando estan doradas porque su masa queda crocante y se sienten todos los sabores tan intensamente sabrosos. Pasado este tiempo, sacamos del horno y a servir.

>*It is time to put them in the oven for at least 10 minutes or until the base is golden since we do not want it to burn. I love when they are golden because their dough is crunchy and all the flavors are so intensely tasty. After this time, remove from the oven and serve.*
