<center><sub>_La música es la perfecta expresión de Libertad_</sub></center>

<div class="text-justify">Desde hace algún tiempo tenía previsto compartir con ustedes un post en el que hablara acerca de la música y sus efectos en los niños, haciendo énfasis en los beneficios físicos, cognitivos y sociales en nuestros niños. Por razones ajenas a mi voluntad no había podido hacerlo; sin embargo, hoy procuraré llevarles algo de lo que con los años he aprendido.</div>

Siempre he creído que la música es la manera sencilla, agradable, creativa y ligera de transmitir un conocimiento, porque es algo tan sencillo como aprender mientras se disfruta cantando una canción. _La música es magia tanto para el que la lleva como para el que la recibe._

<div class="text-justify">Como docente siempre utilizo la música tanto en el idioma inglés como en español como una herramienta de expresión y comunicación. A través de ella podemos descubrir la creatividad y la expresión de las emociones en los niños a medida que desenvuelven su personalidad y logramos la integración del grupo, todo en sus tiempos.</div>

<div class="text-justify">La música es tan ligera, pero al mismo tiempo tan profunda que nos es útil como apoyo socio-emocional porque a través del sonido y atendiendo a las necesidades que se detecten podemos reforzar el autoestima, conocimientos e ir poco a poco regulando las emociones en nuestros niños.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Como familia, la música la consideramos como otro miembro de la familia. Desde antes de nacer los gemelos ya escuchaban música en mi panza, lo que posteriormente, les ayudó en la comunicación con su entorno, en la adquisición de patrones de convivencia y en su desenvolvimiento a nivel general. A través de la música ellos adquirieron conocimientos básicos como las partes del cuerpo, de la cara, los colores, los números del 1 al 10, la hora, los días de la semana, entre muchos otros saberes que de otro modo hubieran sido más difícil adquirir.</div>

<div class="text-justify">La música y las emociones en los niños están correlacionadas de forma correcta y se ha convertido en uno de los mejores y más efectivos métodos dentro del movimiento libre de nuestros hijos, aportando grandes beneficios en su desarrollo y esto es válido no solo en niños neurotípicos sino también en niños con autismo.</div>

<div class="text-justify">For some time I had been planning to share with you a post in which I would talk about music and its effects on children, emphasising the physical, cognitive and social benefits for our children. For reasons beyond my control I had not been able to do so; however, today I will try to bring you some of what I have learned over the years.</div>

<div class="text-justify">I have always believed that music is the simple, pleasant, creative and light way to transmit knowledge, because it is as simple as learning while enjoying singing a song. Music is magic both for the one who carries it and for the one who receives it.</div>

<div class="text-justify">As a teacher I always use music in both English and Spanish as a tool for expression and communication. Through it we can discover creativity and the expression of emotions in the children as they develop their personalities and achieve group integration, all in their own time.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Music is so light, but at the same time so profound that it is useful as a socio-emotional support because through sound and attending to the needs that are detected we can reinforce self-esteem, knowledge and little by little regulate the emotions of our children.</div>

<div class="text-justify">As a family, we consider music as another member of the family. Even before the twins were born, they were already listening to music in my tummy, which later helped them to communicate with their environment, in the acquisition of patterns of coexistence and in their general development. Through music they acquired basic knowledge such as the parts of the body, the face, colours, the numbers from 1 to 10, the time, the days of the week, among many other things that would otherwise have been more difficult to acquire.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Music and emotions in children are correlated in the right way and it has become one of the best and most effective methods within the free movement of our children, bringing great benefits in their development and this is valid not only in neurotypical children but also in children with autism.</div>
