Dam yapımında kullanılan toprağı otlardan ayırmak için itina ile bu insanlar gezdirilirmiş. Geçmişte bu deyim “hükümetin ayağının bastığı yerde ot bitmez” şeklinde de kullanılırmış. Nedendir acaba!
