It can be used by anyone and if used, it can make you a better and a successful human being. The questions that struck me from the above-given article is: What was the “high point” of your day? What was your “low point” of the day? What could you improve upon for next time? What did you feel proud of today? What did you learn? One should ask this question at the end of every day and should act upon the answer. I am sure that slowly, but surely, it will change your life and make it a better one. Live life to the fullest.
