A Brief Note on Communities

Steem is a [DAO](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decentralized_autonomous_organization), with sub-niches that on the whole, contribute to the sustainability of the organization in an attempt to maximise productivity on incentivised activities. "Departments" should be open, allowing for cross-pollination.

@kevinwong Alrighty you said "Ask me anything" so I'm cashing that in!  I think I'm getting the hang of this site at least to a good functional level.  Let's say I've had a busy day of generously commenting, following and upvoting posts that well written.  I decided to upload my new posts in the evening.  Is this taking steem power out of my own posts?  Should posts be done earlier in the day?  I just feel maybe by being too generous with the steem power and not letting it replenish I might be holding my own posts back?
