Siempre es agradable probar nuevos sabores y recetas en la cocina por eso me animé a preparar, por primera vez, unas alitas de pollo a la parrilla. En el marinado incluí orégano y romero, éste último por recomendación de un amigo y la combinación fue muy especial, en mi caso usé el ala de pollo en su totalidad y completa, queda a gusto del consumidor elegir qué parte desea comer. Esta receta es sumamente sencilla. *¿Ya te he dicho que no me gusta complicarme en la cocina?* siempre opto por recetas fáciles de hacer pues para mi la cocina es un sitio para divertirse y lograr deliciosos sabores y no tiene que tratarse de pasar horas y horas cocinando para obtener buena comida.

### <center> Ingredientes  <sup>Ingredients</sup> </center>

* 12 alas de pollo.

Marinado:
* 2 cucharadas de ajo en polvo.
* 2 cucharadas de cebolla en polvo.
* Aproximadamente 1/4 de salsa de soya.
* 1 cucharada de mostaza.
* 1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana (también puedes usar el vinagre de tu preferencia).
* Orégano y romero (al gusto)
* Sal (de acuerdo a tu gusto, recuerda no abusar).

Marinade:
* 2 tablespoons garlic powder.
* 2 tablespoons onion powder.
* Approximately 1/4 of soy sauce.
* 1 tablespoon mustard.
* 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (you can also use the vinegar of your preference).
* Oregano and rosemary (to taste).
* Salt (according to your taste, remember not to overdo it).

### <center>¿Cómo prepararlo? <sup>How to prepare it?</sup></center>

* Lavé bien las alas, luego las coloqué en un bol, donde empecé a añadir todos los ingredientes para el marinado. ¡Aquí el orden de los factores no altera el producto! Ve agregando los ingredientes segun tu gusto. Una vez que terminé de agregar todos los ingredientes procedí a mezclar muy bien con el pollo, puedes hacerlo con una cucharilla o con las manos, generalmente lo hago de forma manual pues al *amasar* un poco la carne el marinado puede impregnar cada rincón de ella. Luego dejé reposar por algunas horas (5 horas). También puedes dejarlo toda la noche en la nevera pero son congelar, mientras más dure el marinado de la proteína animal más sabor tomará al momento de llevarla a la parrilla.

You can also leave it overnight in the refrigerator but do not freeze it, the longer the marinade lasts the more flavor it will have when you take it to the grill.

* Para cocinar las alas usé una parrilla eléctrica la cual precalenté durante unos 10 minutos, coloque un chorrito de aceite en su superficie y luego procedí a colocar las alas, volteando cada 10 minutos aproximadamente.
> To cook the wings I used an electric grill which I preheated for about 10 minutes, put a drizzle of oil on its surface and then proceeded to place the wings, turning them every 10 minutes approximately.

* Poco a poco las alas irán tornándose doradas e incluso tomarán un color más oscuro, eso aumenta el sabor ahumado. Las cociné por unos 45 minutos, asegurándome de que tuvieran un excelente punto de cocción. Como es una proteína que puede resultar un tanto calórica por su piel, tienes la opción de retirarla pero en mi caso prefiero dejarla, de igual forma no como alas de pollo todos los días. Y cuando mi proteína animal es un tanto grasosa siempre añado contornos que no tengan grasa, en este caso opté por plátano sancochado, puré de papa al cual no agregué ningún tipo de materia grasa como mantequilla o leche y complete con trozos de aguacate.

¿Cuál es la parte difícil de esta receta de alitas de pollo a la parrilla? Resistir y no devorarlas todas (jajaja), saben delicioso y quedan muy jugosas, sin mencionar el delicioso aroma que desprenden mientras estás cocinando. ¡Me encantaron!

Bien temprano se me hizo agua la boca🤭. Esas alitas a niños y grandes les encantan, los ingredientes que usaste para sazonarlas cuentan por si solos lo rico que deben quedar!
