La queja puede estar a la orden del día y se vuelve un hábito para muchas personas. Yo solía ser así me quejaba por cualquier cosa y tal vez todavía sea un poco quisquillosa pero he mejorado mucho y ahora en vez de quejarme opto por agradecer cada una de las bendiciones que tengo en mi vida. Una vida llena de quejas extrae lo mejor de nosotros, nos sume en un letargo del cual no podemos salir a menos que actuemos y hagamos algo productivo en vez de permanecer inertes embebidos en el mal hábito de quejarnos.

Cuando pienso en la gente quejumbrosa recuerdo un comercial de televisión de analgésicos donde un par de amigos se encontraban en la calle y parecían hacer una competencia sobre cual de ellos tenía más dolencias, me daba risa ese comercial. Pero cuando consigo una persona así en la vida real no me causa risa, más bien siento una mezcla de malestar e impotencia porque al estar al lado de un quejumbroso toda esa energía recae también en quien lo escucha.

En nuestra vida necesitamos más acción y menos queja, todos pasamos por momentos difíciles, vivimos el dolor y la pérdida, quedamos inmersos en situaciones en las que nos sentimos perdidos. Pero es allí cuando tenemos que tomar la mejor decisión. Para mi no es una opción quedarme a vivir en la queja, prefiero actuar, crear, innovar en mi vida. Prefiero tener fe en que puedo crear mi realidad, independientemente de lo que sucede a mi alrededor.

Tengo el poder para decidir y siempre estaré dispuesta a elegir aquello que me haga sentir mejor. Claro está, siempre habrá un espacio para quejarnos ante las situaciones que nos agobian, pero que sea algo breve, simplemente una manera de aliviar la carga y seguir adelante, no un lastre que me impida seguir oliendo las flores del camino.

Complaining can be the order of the day and it becomes a habit for many people. I used to be like that I would complain about anything and maybe I am still a little fussy but I have improved a lot and now instead of complaining I choose to be thankful for every blessing I have in life. A life full of complaining gets the best of us, it puts us in a lethargy from which we can't get out unless we act and do something productive instead of remaining inert and immersed in the bad habit of complaining.

When I think of complaining people I remember a TV commercial for painkillers where a couple of friends were in the street and seemed to make a competition about which of them had more ailments, that TV commercial made me laugh but when I get a person like that in real life it does not make me laugh, rather I feel a mixture of discomfort and helplessness because being next to a complainer all that energy also falls on whoever listens to him.

In our life we need more action and less complaining, we all go through difficult times, we experience pain and loss, we get immersed in situations where we feel lost. But that is when we have to make the best decision, for me it is not an option to stay and live in the complaint, I prefer to act, to create, to innovate in my life. I prefer to have faith that I can create my reality, regardless of what happens around me.

I have the power to decide and I will always be willing to choose what makes me feel better. Of course, there will always be a space to complain about situations, but let it be something brief, simply a way to lighten the load and move forward, not a burden that prevents me from smelling the flowers along the way.
