Esta es una pregunta que con frecuencia nos hacemos la mayoría de las madres ¿Mi hijo es Feliz? Pero cuando se tiene un niño con una condición especial como es el caso de mi hijo cuyo diagnóstico de autismo no verbal limita sus posibilidades de comunicación, se nos hace realmente complicado como madres saber si nuestros hijos están teniendo una infancia feliz. 

Esto nos agobia porque pensamos que por su condición de vida no son felices, que no disfrutan de la vida como lo hacen otros niños de su edad. Lo cierto es que como padres debemos procurar no solo el bienestar de nuestros hijos sino también su felicidad y la manera mas sencilla de hacerlo es integrandolos en todas las actividades que realicemos como familia. 

La convivencia y el transcurrir del tiempo nos enseñará a conocer mejor a nuestros hijos, a saber sus gustos, preferencias e incluso aprendemos a identificar sus estados de ánimo. Y de esa manera identificaremos todo aquello que nuestros hijos disfrutan y los hace ser felices.

Mi hijo es un niño feliz y lo digo con toda certeza pues he procurado un entorno sano para él y frecuentemente realizamos aquellas actividades que son de su agrado, cómo los paseos al aire libre. Ver esa sonrisa genuina en su rostro me demuestra que es un niño feliz y que hacemos un buen trabajo como padres.

Amo su sonrisa con todo mi ser porque no hay nada en este mundo que me haga más feliz que saber que mis hijos son felices. Estás lindas fotografías que hoy les comparto fueron tomadas en el último paseo que realizamos juntos, mi hijo es mi fiel compañero de viajes y como sé que disfruta los paseos suelo llevarlo conmigo ❤️

This is a question that most of us mothers often ask ourselves: Is my child happy? But when we have a child with a special condition, as is the case of my son whose diagnosis of non-verbal autism limits his communication possibilities, it becomes really complicated for us as mothers to know if our children are having a happy childhood. 

This overwhelms us because we think that due to their life condition they are not happy, that they do not enjoy life as other children of their age do. The truth is that as parents we should not only look for the welfare of our children but also their happiness and the easiest way to do this is by integrating them in all the activities we do as a family. 

Living together and the passing of time will teach us to know our children better, to know their tastes, preferences and even learn to identify their moods. And in that way we will identify everything that our children enjoy and makes them happy.

My son is a happy child and I say this with all certainty because I have provided a healthy environment for him and we frequently do those activities that are to his liking, such as walks outdoors. Seeing that genuine smile on his face shows me that he is a happy child and that we are doing a good job as parents.

I love his smile with all my being because there is nothing in this world that makes me happier than knowing that my children are happy. These beautiful pictures that I share with you today were taken on the last ride we took together, my son is my faithful travel companion and as I know he enjoys the rides I usually take him with me ❤️
