*You said absolutely right about the fitness means if you are not regular in fitness then do whatever little you can afford becuuase something is better than nothing and in my opinion you are doing great work by promoting Steemit and Dtube in an unique way because it's really important to gain more users to grow this amazing platform. It’s awesomw that you’re committed. It’s hard to start, but one way you get going it’s great to start feeling better from being fit. 
I have been so on and off. I made the commitment and started training again today. Over the years my fiancé and I have built a pretty cool gym in our garage. I’ll post pics of it tomorrow.
