Hola amigos, hace algún tiempo mi hermana @esthefanychacin les había compartido en su blog la receta del arroz con pollo de mi abuela [AQUI](https://hive.blog/hive-148441/@esthefanychacin/la-receta-del-arroz-con-pollo-de-la-abuela-grandma-s-chicken-rice-recipe) la cual es muy rica y deliciosa, y justamente ayer como estamos en los llanos del estado Apure con mi abuela decidimos preparlo para compartir en familia y mostrarles por fín a mi abuela Doña María Bartola, una mujer bien llanera y madre de 13 hijos (lo cual era muy común en su época).

La verdad es que las recetas de las abuelas son las mejores, mi abuela tiene 80 años y toda su vida ha cocinado para muchas personas, pues ha sido una mujer de finca y la admiro por eso, aunque a estas alturas por la edad ya no puede cocinar tanto, pero ella es la que da las recetas y no solo para comidas sino que también tiene el remedio natural para alguna enfermedad o malestar y quiza muchos se sientan identificados con su abuela por esto.

>The truth is that the grandmother's recipes are the best, my grandmother is 80 years old and all her life she has cooked for many people, because she has been a farm woman and I admire her for that, although at this point due to age no longer She can cook so much, but she is the one who gives the recipes and not only for meals but she also has the natural remedy for any illness or discomfort and perhaps many feel identified with their grandmother for this.

La receta del arroz con pollo de mi abuela es genial, aunque ayer decidimos agregarle un poco de cerdo sofrito para probar, y la verdad es que quedo delicioso,  acompañado con unas ricas tajadas verdes y agua panela bien fría para el gran calor que hace aquí en el llano es la mejor idea. Y no se ustedes, pero a mi me encanta dejar arroz con pollo para la cena y calentarlo, siento que queda más rico, y justamente eso cenamos, ya que quedo suficiente arroz, porque se montó bastante  pues somos varias personas aquí en la casa.

Aquí en el llano les encantá cocinar con mucho aliño, aunque en mi casa también supongo que lo tomamos de mi abuela, pero es muy rico, los aliños le dan un toque único y delicioso a las comidas, con eso y un poco de sal es suficiente para hacer algo delicioso, ahora bien por el calor que hace aquí en el llano siempre procuramos tomar bebidas cítricas y bien frías.

>Here on the plain they love to cook with a lot of seasoning, although in my house I also suppose that we take it from my grandmother, but it is very rich, the dressings give a unique and delicious touch to the meals, with that and a little salt it is enough to make something delicious, but because of the heat here on the plain we always try to drink citrus and very cold drinks.

También les cuento que estos días aquí en el llano hemos compartido mucho con mi abuela, y tipico nos ha dado mucha comida porque según ella mis hermanos y yo estamos muy flaquitos y la verdad es que sí, pero es por diversas razones aunque eso no quita que ella siempre nos vea flacos cada vez que la vemos.
