롯데월드타워에 공실이 어마어마한 모양입니다.

드넓은 부지와 높은 건물에서 태양광 발전은 얼마나 하고 있을까요?
저 위치에 지으면서 일어난 싱크홀, 지하수 문제, 주변 교통난, 활주로 변경 등의 건들도 떠올라 여러 생각이 들었습니다.


재판 결과들 나오는 것 보고 할 말을 잃었습니다.
기운 내서 조금이라도 할 수 있는 일을 해야겠다 싶습니다.

요즘 올라가는 월세와 외국인들의 한국부동산 구매로 공실이 늘어간다는 뉴스를 보았어요. 게다가 롯데타워는 어마어마한 유지비가 들텐데... 안타깝네요. 누군가는 가게낼 곳이, 집이 없어 걱정일텐데..

빈 건물과 빈 사무실, 빈 집이 엄청납니다.. 가든파이브, 고척돔도 가면 을씨년스럽구요.
회사 건물에도 빈 공간이 덩그러니 남아있네요.

사회적 비용을 생각할 때, 저런 빈 공간에 대해 비용을 부과해야 하지 않나 싶기도 합니다.
