You really need someone to talk to about the things hidden inside you. Once you share it with a real person who understands you, you'll be able to sleep nicely. Or you can do your stuff outside your bedroom, and before going to bed delete everything from your mind. I think that might help. Yaa yaa I know you are not asking for help

I sleep a lot better since I quit working.  If I go to bed before midnight it never works out for me either. you can write about whatever the fuck you want as long as you include such a hot picture!

I know the struggle.  I live in a state of denial about healthy sleep cycles.  Every so often I accidentally end up going to sleep at a decent hour, and wake up early like a normal person.  I feel great, especially after a few days of it, but it is sooo inconvenient, I always fall back into bad habits.  

It's even worse when you have little kids.  You fall asleep with them, then you wake up after 45 minutes and you're up for another six hours.  Brilliant. Four hours of sleep later there are chipper little kid faces jumping on you and pointing out the drool on your pillow.

You don't need it, but workout during the day to try to wear yourself out. It will help you sleep.

I advice you to not get a real job as that would ruin your sleep even more ;)

But I recognise the problem of unhealthy sleeping due to stress.

Stress is the number one reason of sleep disturb. I have experienced it myself to many times :) I won't give you any advise though ;)  ... But crypto at the moment isn't helping in stressless lifes :)

I also became sort of a full-time steemian and know what you mean :) hope we can all sleep better when crypto recovers eventually :)
