Por lo general ante los momentos adversos de mis allegados no suelo hablar, solo escuchar con atención lo que desean expresarme y cuando creo han terminado le pregunto: *¿quieres decir algo más?* Desde el silencio escucho y respiro con él o ella, algunas veces se dibuja en mi rostro una amable sonrisa y si el momento lo amerita lloramos juntos, en algunos casos ofrezco mis brazos abiertos para el sosiego y equilibrio.

Generally, when facing adverse moments of my close ones I do not usually talk, I just listen carefully to what they want to express and when I think they have finished I ask: *do you want to say something else?* From the silence I listen and breathe with him or her, sometimes a kind smile is drawn on my face and if the moment deserves it we cry together, in some cases I offer my open arms for calm and balance.

Pienso que en esas situaciones adversas las personas lo que buscan es ser escuchados y considero que interrumpir con consejos, preguntas o dar sermones que por lo general no los doy, es romper con el momento catártico del otro, por eso aplico el silencio. Esta actitud a algunos les ha causado encanto porque he permitido la expresión sin juicio ni interrupción, y más encantador se siente el momento del abrazo sin palabras, creo que esto reconforta aún más.

I think that in those adverse situations people are looking to be listened to and I consider that interrupting with advice, questions or giving sermons that I usually do not give, is to break the cathartic moment of the other, so I apply silence. This attitude has been charming to some because I have allowed the expression without judgment or interruption, and the moment of the embrace without words feels even more charming, I think this comforts even more. </div>

He tenido casos que me han dicho: *¿tú qué crees? ¿Qué debo hacer?* Dependiendo de la persona, le hago preguntas sobre lo que me pregunta y al final de las respuestas o conversación concluyo con una breve frase: *¡Tú tienes las respuestas!* *¡No hay mal que por bien no venga, era lo que te tocaba vivir y de aquí el aprendizaje!*. Esta es una frase que desde pequeña escucho en la voz de mi madre después de ella habernos escuchado en silencio ante nuestros momentos adversos. ¡Ah! Pero cuando percibo agresión y palabras con veneno después de medio escuchar me retiro diciendo: *¿listo, listo?* *¡Con permiso!*

Lo que nos hace único es nuestra característica biológica de allí nuestra identidad que con el paso del tiempo vamos adoptando modismos que nos identifican ante los otros. En mi caso desde pequeña tuve afinidad por las artes, amor a los lápices y colores, la música el canto y la danza, siendo mi hogar y la escuela gran fuente de inspiración donde no se me prohibió esas expresiones artísticas, de allí que hoy trabajo como maestra de artes para niños, participo en grupos artísticos relacionados a la cultura tradicional venezolana.

What makes us unique is our biological characteristic from there our identity that with the passage of time we adopt idioms that identify us to others. In my case since I was a child I had an affinity for the arts, love for pencils and colors, music, singing and dancing, being my home and school a great source of inspiration where I was not forbidden these artistic expressions, hence today I work as a teacher of arts for children, I participate in artistic groups related to traditional Venezuelan culture.

<div class="pull-left"> Y para hablar de Outfit, tengo mucha influencia de mis adultos significativos quienes en fiestas familiares idolatraban la época de los años 60 y 70 en integración con el joropo tuyero por ser mis abuelos oriundos de los Valles del Tuy estado Miranda - Venezuela. Seguro que a partir de allí mi gusto por el estilo tradicional y moderno de aquellas décadas. Cuando adolescente me fui un poco por el estilo Underground, Hippie, contry y vintage sin dejar de mencionar lo tradicional, estilos que aún conservo donde puedo andar fácilmente por la selva de cemento de Caracas con mis vestidito floreado, alpargatas y sombrero de cogoyo.

<div class="pull-right"> And to talk about Outfit, I have a lot of influence from my significant adults who in family parties idolized the era of the 60's and 70's in integration with the "joropo tuyero" because my grandparents came from the Valles del Tuy, Miranda State - Venezuela. Surely from there my taste for the traditional and modern style of those decades. As a teenager I went a little bit for the Underground, Hippie, contry and vintage style without forgetting the traditional, styles that I still keep where I can easily walk through the concrete jungle of Caracas with my little flowery dress, espadrilles and cogoyo hat.

Llegue a HIVE sin idea de que esto sería un autoempleo para mí, recibí la invitación de forma sorpresiva que acepté con disimulo, pero luego sin mayor expectativas accedí y aquí caí, aventurándome a conocer la plataforma bajo precarias situaciones de internet, cosa que aún persiste pero he aprendido a desenvolverme con mis dos grandes aliados mi minilaptop Aspire One y teléfono inteligente que a pesar de no ser tan sofisticado, ha sido mi fiel salvador, y aunque sé que HIVE me pueda dar otro, mientras tanto uso con orgullo mi ZTE A110.

I came to HIVE with no idea that this would be a self-employment for me, I received the invitation surprisingly that I accepted with dissimulation, but then without further expectations I agreed and here I fell, venturing to know the platform under precarious internet situations, something that still persists but I have learned to get by with my two great allies my Aspire One minilaptop and smart phone that despite not being so sophisticated, has been my faithful savior, and although I know that HIVE can give me another, meanwhile I proudly use my ZTE A110.

Para el momento cuando entre estaba empezando la pandemia y con mil pensamiento a mi alrededor de como solventar mi vida económica, pensé en hacer títeres para vender y sostenerme en conjunto con mi suelto de maestra en escuela del estado venezolano, para entonces mi gran sueño de los talleres de expresión plástica para niños se congelo.

<div class="pull-right">By the time I entered I was starting the pandemic and with a thousand thoughts around me about how to support my economic life, I thought of making puppets to sell and support myself along with my salary as a teacher in a school in the Venezuelan state, by then my great dream of plastic expression workshops for children froze.

Cuando empecé a publicar tuve mucha paciencia y también momentos de frustración pues era algo novedoso para mí, como se puede observar en el tópico 2 soy una come flor empedernida y esto de la tecnología ha sido todo un proceso. Sin embargo decidí poner enfoque y coraje, y así empecé a publicar diariamente siendo curiosa y cuidadosa con las cosas que me atraían y advertían, solidariamente recibí muy buena inducción del equipo de @rutablockchain dentro del grupo WhatsApp Ruteros Elite donde recibo apoyo al igual que de la mano de mi amiga @miriannalis que gracias a ella llegue HIVE.</div>

When I started to publish I had a lot of patience and also moments of frustration because it was something new for me, as you can see in topic 2 I am an inveterate flower eater and this technology has been a whole process. However I decided to put focus and courage, and so I started to publish daily being curious and careful with the things that attracted me and warned me, in solidarity I received very good induction from the team of @rutablockchain within the WhatsApp group Ruteros Elite where I receive support as well as from the hand of my friend @miriannalis that thanks to her I get HIVE.

Cuando empecé a ver mis recompensas fue un bálsamo que aliviaba mi angustia financiera, para entonces decidí con firmeza ahorrar y no gastar en nimiedades porque mis necesidad estaba sumida en saldar deudas y temas de salud personal y familiar, cosa que he venido haciendo de forma progresiva gracias a mis producciones en HIVE las cuales dentro de poco me van a llevar a otra autoempleo que podré ejercer, disfrutar y obtener dividendos de forma presencial. ***¡Gracias HIVE!***

When I began to see my rewards it was a balm that relieved my financial anguish, by then I firmly decided to save and not spend on trifles because my needs were submerged in paying off debts and personal and family health issues, which I have been doing progressively thanks to my productions in HIVE which will soon lead me to another self-employment that I can exercise, enjoy and get dividends in person.***Thank you HIVE!***
