<div class="pull-left"> La rutina diaria algunas veces nos hace  olvidar cosas que guardamos en nuestro refrigerador para conservarlas o reservarlas y usarlas en otra ocasión, de este modo sin querer vamos olvidando esos alimentos, hasta que el olor o búsqueda de espacio en el refrigerador nos hacen darnos cuenta que ese alimento está allí y algo debemos hacer. </div>

Esto sucedió en casa hace pocos días cuando nos dimos cuenta mi madre y yo que teníamos en la nevera una pila de plátanos  muy maduros [Musa Paradisiaca](https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musa_%C3%97_paradisiaca#:~:text=El%20nombre%20cient%C3%ADfico%20Musa%20%C3%97,acuminata%20y%20Musa%20balbisiana%20como) tanto que soltaban la melaza de su pulpa. En otras ocasiones hemos hecho panquecas con ellos o puré (receta que en otro momento podré compartir), pero en esta oportunidad le sugerí hacer un postre para la casa.

<div class="pull-left">  Ella no estaba muy convencida por aquello de lavar los trastes y lo mucho que se ensucia la cocina, entonces le referí  que me comprometía a la lavar todo y hacer la torta bajo su supervisión, acepto con gusto y así comenzamos a procesar la torta de plátano maduro con  la mística de mi madre querida. </div>

- 10 platanos maduros.
-  500gr de harina de trigo.
- 1 taza pequeña de azucar.
- 1 cucharada de canela.
- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear.
- 1 taza pequeña de melaza de azucar.
- 1 taza de aceite.
-  5 huevos. 
- 1 taza de uvas pasas.
- 1 cucharadita de mantequilla.

<div class="pull-left">Lavamos muy bien la concha de los platanos por todo el destilar de la melaza y para eliminar algún microorganismos que haya adquirido por estar tanto tiempo guardo en la nevera junto a otras verduras,  luego quitamos la concha y reservamos la pulpa en un recipiente para procesarlo</div>

<div class="pull-left">  Los plátanos los dividimos en dos partes  agregando la primera porción en la licuadora con dos ingredientes líquidos en este caso usamos aceite y una melaza de azúcar que teníamos también reservada en el refrigerador. Mamá me comentaba que en caso de no tener la melaza podría sustituirse por leche o agua, estos líquidos a parte de darle un toque especial a la torta, ayuda para el licuado de los plátanos.</div>

<div class="pull-left">  En otro recipiente separamos la clara y yema de los huevos  que luego agregamos a la mezcla reservada en la licuadora removiendo por 5 min obteniendo una mezcla homogénea. </div>

<div class="pull-left">  Esa mezcla homogénea la compartimos en dos partes una que reservamos  en un recipiente y la otra quedando en la licuadora para terminar de procesar el resto de los ingredientes: la otra porción de plátanos y pasitas.</div>

<div class="pull-left"> ¿Y qué paso con las claras de huevos? de igual forma le dimos uso, llevándolas a punto de nieve con una batidora eléctrica, ingrediente que luego agregamos a la mezcla realizada en la licuadora </div>

<div class="pull-left">  Poco a poco fuimos añadiendo el resto de los ingredientes: harina de trigo, azúcar, canela y polvo de hornear sin dejar de batir.</div>

<div class="pull-left">  Llegó el momento de agregar la mezcla a la tortera previamente en mantequilla y enharinada,  en principio use la paleta de madera que para mi mamá es indispensable  para batir sus tortas manualmente.</div>

<div class="pull-left">  Al hacer este proceso no dejamos que la mezcla llegara al tope de la tortera, siendo así dejamos aproximadamente dos centímetros libres para evitar se derrame cuando esponje la mezcla al momento de introducirla y calentarse en el horno, donde la dejamos bajo 180°C durante 4 horas… sí quizá es mucho tiempo pero resulta que nuestro horno le hace falta una buena revisión y si la dejamos en otro C° se queman con facilidad las tortas. </div>
