Un saludo mi querida comunidad el día de ayer se realizó en el colegio un charla o conversatorio con nuestros jóvenes estudiantes sobre el trompo de los alimentos y de esta manera promover una alimentacion balanceada que es tan importante para mantenernos saludables

Está charla se inició a las 9 de la mañana luego de ofrecerles un desayuno a nuestros jovenes. Primeramente los inicios de este conversatorio estuvo a cargo del personal del programa mundial de alimentación con sus siglas wfp, quienes además de traer suficiente información para compartir tantito con los estudiantes como el personal, nos entregan una canasta de alimentos a todos y cada uno de los que hacemos vida en nuestra institución.

Luego la docente del programa de alimentación escolar conjuntamente con las cocineras le hicieron a nuestros estudiantes unas excelentes dinámicas de grupos utilizando el trompo de los  alimentos y jugando con cada grupo y colores prepararon platillos bien nutritivos y saludable. Nuestros muchachos se divirtieron hasta más no poder y a pesar de su condición siempre se muestran bien interesados en participar en cada una de las actividades planificadas en el colegio al igual que los padres y representantes quienes son una pieza clave en este proceso educativo.

>Then the teacher of the school food program together with the cooks made our students some excellent group dynamics using the food spinning top and playing with each group and colors they prepared very nutritious and healthy dishes. Our kids had a lot of fun and despite their condition they are always very interested in participating in each of the activities planned in the school as well as the parents and representatives who are a key part in this educational process.

Terminamos la actividad degustando una deliciosa ensalada de frutas, en la que todos pusimos un granito de arena para su elaboración, está la prepararon las señoras cocineras, en fin fue una mañana bien diferente que además de ser muy divertida, fue bien nutrida ya que aprendimos cosas que se desconocían sobre la importancia de mantener una alimentación saludable y balanceada.

>We ended the activity tasting a delicious fruit salad, in which we all put a grain of sand for its preparation, it was prepared by the ladies cooks, in short it was a very different morning that besides being fun, was well nourished as we learned things we did not know about the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced diet.
