Para hoy les comparto una receta de esas que nos hacen agua la boca, se trata de Berenjena🍆 guisada con tiras de carne de res acompañado de arroz y tajadas de plátano frito. Esta preparación formo parte de un almuerzo en familia y quedo muy delicioso, ademas que pasamos un momento muy agradable. La berenjena incorporada en cualquier guiso junto con otros vegetales le aporta un sabor muy agradable a cualquier tipo de carne, incluso se puede preparar de diferentes maneras asada, horneada, rellena, salteada y de cualquier forma es muy deliciosa.

Vamos a comenzar nuestra receta revelando el secreto sobre la berenjena y que muchos no les gusta porque al cocinarla suelta un sabor amargo. Esto lo evitamos colocando la berenjena en remojo con agua y sal con mucha anticipación antes de cocinarla, podrán observar que el agua tomara un color oscuro. Por eso hoy antes de iniciar la receta comencé por este paso.

Ahora cortamos la carne de res en finas tiras y condimentamos con un sazonador, salsa de ajo y salsa de soya al gusto, después en una paila añadimos un poco de aceite, cuando es caliente salteamos la carne de res

Cortamos la cebolla y el pimentón rojo en juliana, luego los incorporamos con la carne de res y seguimos salteando

Agregamos la berenjena cortada en cubos sin pelar que teníamos en remojo previamente y revolvemos para que se integre con los demás ingredientes

Para la salsa de nuestro guiso, colocamos a sancochar en una olla con agua dos tomates y esperamos hasta que se note que la concha este suelta

Retiramos la concha del tomate y con la ayuda de un tenedor aplastamos hasta lograr hacer un puré

Cuando tengamos el puré de tomate listo lo incorporamos a la carne de res con el resto de los ingredientes y revolvemos, si quieren podemos añadir un poquito del agua donde sancochamos los tomates. Revolvemos todo muy bien y tapamos para que se terminen de cocinar la berenjena y se forme la salsa

Para culminar agregamos un poco de onoto en polvo para añadirle un poco mas de color a la salsa y si es necesario reforzamos con un poco de sal
