Remove Post Button Should Be Added To Streemian Site

#### Proposal
Many times people(curators) make the mistake of submitting the wrong post for curation on streemian. It has happened to me several times. It is possible the curator had previously copied a link to a post but decided not to submit again because he thinks the post will be accepted by the reviewers then he now tries to copy another link but unfortunately the link the not copy. He then goes ahead to submit the old link unknowingly. 

Or better still a curator might miss some checking on an Author and his post and he got to realize after he has submitted.


Another thing is that a post can go above 10$ which is the maximum that a post should have before it can be sunmited for curation


My proposal is that a remove button option should be added alongside the home and propose post option

When this option is included, it will give a curator the ability to remove a post that he no longer want to submit. 


# Note 

This might lead to abuse so i suggest there should be a time frame for this. aybe 10 or 20 mins



#### Benefits


If this is done, it will save reviewers time  of going through a post that is obviously going to be rejected and it will also help the curator to correct his mistakes.
