It's been a long time since we see each other, I guess it's been a month so we decided to meet up for lunch. I and Miesel (@itsmiessyonpeakd) have been very close because of one of my best friends Gilaine. So going back to our date, I thought that it was going to be canceled since we had confusion about when we are going to do it but thankfully we come up with the best solution. lol.

I then chose the place where we could have lunch. We decided not to have lunch in Ayala since we usually go there for a coffee date and we want a different scenery and to try a different restaurant as well. I was the one who pick the place and check for the list of restaurants with good reviews and this place comes up which is the ***Oakridge Horizon Cafe***. I am familiar with the place as I used to work there way back in 2016 and our office was situated there. It has been years since I last visited the location, and I am eager to see whether there have been any changes or development since the last time I recall they are trying to extend the space and performing some renovation.

Miesel had been preoccupied with some personal tasks, so I was the first to arrive. Then, on my way to the restaurant, I stopped by Ayala. After spending some time in the mall, I headed there. I'm fortunate that the road is not congested while I'm traveling.
When I arrived, I couldn't find the restaurant. I can see certain cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, and stores that were there the last time I was there, but the area has changed dramatically. A large number of new cafes and restaurants have been built. Even the restaurant I choose seems to be a newly added establishment in the area.

I asked the people around for help in locating the restaurant because I couldn't see it in the area where I was dropped off. When I was able to locate it, I made my way upstairs to reserve a table for us. I got an opportunity to check the place. The restaurant appears to be not crowded when I arrive. The fact that it is not busy and we can have a quiet talk while dining makes me pleased.

I order the meal while she is still on her way since it will take 30 minutes to serve and I was starving at the moment because I hadn't eaten anything that morning. I choose **Pork Sisig and Tori Karaage Pops** and I ordered them.

Miesel came a few minutes before our lunch was ready. We both like the location. It was indeed enormous and could accommodate a large group of people. If you visit the restaurant at night, the balcony area is a good place to sit. At night, you can see the city and the gorgeous stars. The outdoor area is also suitable for gathering a number of people and surely would fit.

Despite the fact that it was our first visit to the location and our first time trying their food, we both really liked it. If given the chance, I'd come back here again.

Omg, the first thing that caught my attention in the menu is the 5 layered baked lasagna on the menu 🤤 I feel like going there using teleportation jutsu but I remember I don't have a power like that pala, lol. Anyways, the place looks pretty. And the view, the arrangement is pretty too. 🤩
