Adequate sleep and rest is one of the keys to healthy living habits. This is very reasonable because the body desperately needs a break to be able to re-activity with maximum. But if you do not rest well, you can compensate by eating more, but this is not recommended by health experts. Enough rest and sleep also prevent premature aging.

At 12 degrees almost too hot for a jacket? Here in Venezuela with only 18 degrees I'm already cold and I have to put on a jacket hahaha. I'm accustomed to the tropical climate.

There is nothing more gratifying than spending time junato to family and friends, really all the calories that you have been able to burn in two hours of walk you have recovered at dinner, judging by the images was worth it.

Walking is the bomb dude, maybe you should consider getting a dog to burn the steemfat. Just walk a hour every day with an enthusiastic animal. It really clears the brain..

Hey @exyle you still need to have an 8 hour sleep so you can function well.😀 but that walk with a friend is something I also miss, nowadays it is all about fb chat or direct messages. Walking is means of exercising the whole body frame work.

I’ve heard something similar “I can always sleep, when I’m 6 feet under”. A good sleep is very important. It’s a reward for your hard work. Trust me -you had a lovely day- walking is a subtle exercise that doesn't stress the knee joints that much- it gives good cardio and builds leg muscle too- it's what nature intended. That food in the pics looks amazing - must have been a great dinner :)

I like walking also its good exercise but so many people cant be bothered with that with either lol, its good that hes got a friend @exyle who would walk with him when I tried that I often get remarks like just get a bus or we will pick you up which defeats the objective.

too much walk after that so that is an equalizer no problems you enjoyed the meal and had a good time there

Naps, the key to being highly productive. Anyone that can master taking power naps can live on less total sleep and is more productive while awake. Give me a 20 minute nap at any point in the day and I'm fresh like I just woke up in the morning.

BTW, been talking about witnesses and voting for them in my most recent post. Have Blockbrothers for a while now, but looking for some suggestions if you have any feel free to drop by the post.
