Today I met two awesome Steemians in Rotterdam

Today I met two awesome Steemians in Rotterdam, @vincentnijman on the left and @yangyanje *(due to political issues in certain countries he prefers to wear a mask on photos)* on the right.

They had a cool idea for the Steem Blockchain that they will share in due time and wanted some advice about it.

How do these guys know each other? From Steem of course.

We had a nice meal together. *(Both of them are vegan but luckily they didn't mind me ordering a big plate of crispy chicken and pork with rice.)*

We talked a lot about Steem,  blockchain, crypto and how it brings us closer and how this new technology can solve world issues. 

Man, It's always uplifting to have these talks.

And even though I never met them before, just the fact they are Steemians and you have something in common that not many people know about, makes the whole thing feel very friendly and awesome.

I do believe that the social aspect of our Blockchain will play huge part moving forward and it's not something other blockchains can quickly replicate.

A meeting like today proof that once more.

Giving Steemians more tools *(steem-engine, communities, tribes, SMT's, Wallet accounts, RC delegation, etc.)* on the blockchain to meet each other and build powerful communities will be key to the success of Steem and I can't wait till all of them are out.

We spend nearly 4,5 hours talking before I had to go.

Man, I had a great day!

That is really cool that you were able to meet with them in a central location.  I feel like Steemians are much more accessible in Europe than they are over here in the States.  Just too much square mileage to cover.  The dish you got sounds delicious, the vegan stuff, not so much.

Meetings like this will certainly be a source of inspiration and can be a motivation to always be active in Steem. I believe they both are very lucky people to meet you, @exyle. Not just meeting, but able to make the atmosphere of the meeting as a place to gain knowledge, exchange views.
I feel jealous and really want to meet senior Steemians who are able to become moorings and become guides in activities on this platform.
I didn't even think that an unplanned meeting could last for 4.5 hours. A very valuable seminar session. Hopefully all that will be paid off with various enlightenments obtained.

Ah I'm jealous.  I've yet to meet any steemians except the friend of a friend in HK who happened to also be on steemit for a short time, but I hope to go find these two in India
