Just Steem yo

I just recently got into the crypto space. I had very similar thought as yours and wanted to buy some altcoins worth of about $100 each. [Here is a list of coins that I picked and why:](https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@alien45/what-are-the-top-50-altcoins-to-buy-in-september) 
1. Basic Attention Token (BAT) (218million capital)- developed by Mozilla and creator of JavaScript
2. Ripple (XRP) (8471m) - backed by big banks for their internal use and also to stay up to date with technology
3. Golem (GNT) - decentralized computing
4. Bitshares (BTS) (379m) - decentralized exchange
5. Cofoundit (CFI) (379m)
6. NEM (XEM) (2632m)

I did the rookie mistake of buying BitShares and Golem at their close highest price. But now it's a very good time to Bitshares. It's price is declining for a few reasons including intentional delisting from some centralized exchanges. Rest assured, it will go up. EOS is another one to keep an eye on. BitShares itself declared to use EOS as soon as it goes live. Thus, increasing the price up.

PS: the market capital may not be the same now.

I'd go for Steem definitely. From the article you wrote, Steem is the worst buy but I can tell from what it looks like and how the Steemit platform is emerging with induction of media tokens, it is going to be huge when it starts challenging other social platforms and even e-commerce. What do you think?

preferably put 
$250 to BTC
$200 to ether
$150 to Steem
$150 to Ripple 
$150 to Lisk before the rebrand
$100 to golem

Always spread out your investments people.

put 1k in steem and if it tanks tomorrow you lost it all.

minimise that risk

steem has huge potential and it will always be my favourite one buy on dips ;)

i still would be picking steem to get more rewards over time and sice it is a good investment. Man do i wish i had bought at 8 cents! wow

I wouldn't buy anything until the market crashes hard :) I would get some LTC NEO and Steem.  Neo it's really interesting in my opinion.

I may be a newbie, and maybe not so smart in the crypto world, but if I had a $1000 free right now, I would buy Steem.

Steem will be a good one as its time will surely come. I am bullish about steem and confidence that it will reach 100+USD by end of next year . Wish you a blessed weekend.

I am going to buy steem and power up. Do 1 post daily upvote 100% do 20 manual curating with 100% upvote to makes other's happy while I am learning. That's my only dream!

ADX, an advertising revenue system. Look how big google ad-sense an social media is, that market is growing.  Has a lot of potential the platform beta is going live soon!... And its also been called as a pick by Rev nissan one of the original early callers for the antshares/neo platform.

Google is also de-monetizing a LOT of content, so i think alternatives will be pursued.

Dash and monero excellent they are in terms of investment

Yesterday I bacame a trader.  I sold bitcoin to buy more Steem.  Time will tell if this was a good decision.

50% Bitshares, 50% EOS

Pretty much any altcoin which is more or less stable can be purchased now, because of the bitcoin fork all of them decreased and will go up later on. I am currently thinking which altcoins to choose for a better profit too :)

I buy steem... soon is steem up 3.. or 4 $ one steem. 

But of course you can buy other coins too . As you said, some coins are already expensive, so I recommend starting small ones, and that's what I do.

No one believes in Monero anymore? Maybe not 1000, but I would buy 500$. And 500$ ETH just to be sure.

I'd power up $900 into steem and toss $100 into LBRY. When you only have two coins, it's easy :-D

After some research on BitShares I feel like that's a great investment too... if I was thinking as a short-term trader, rather than pure HODL, I might buy some of that too.

Something that i believe in , there are tons of crypto coins out there and you can never predict which onces will end up being an investment worth while for you. i would invest in SBD despite its ups and downs ,

I would buy $500 worth of Steem, $250 worth of BQX and $250 worth of Verge at current or lower price.

I would spread that money equally on the Top 5 right now.

Right now it would be XEM. Today it is down to 3000-4000 satoshi. Before that it was trading over 5000 satoshi and it was undervalued.

I will buy 1000$ of Steem because I could get more steam power and help growing the community in a better way =D

Hi steemians! @exyle thank you for great question. Today i sold some btc and i am very happy. I have plan to invest 1000$ in bank's crypto...can you guess which is it? There is great opportunity its price to rise more than 10 times. Yes i am talking about RIPPLE. My idea is to buy some at 0.2$ and sell at about 2$ next summer i hope. What do you think?
