**Cumilla Victorians!!**  The name of one of the successful franchise Club in Bangladesh Premier league (BPL)  league history. They are two times champions and also have highest rate of winning rate of 63.46%. They crowned as a champion in 2015-16 & 2018-19 season in  Bangladesh Premier League with some excellent performances. 


Cumilla Victories is already managed their team for the upcoming season,  which will be start from 21th January. In this BPL season,  Cumilla victorians is considered as a one of the strongest team & most favourite team to the league title as they have some world class international and national players. Also they have world class coaching staffs who can make the difference with mind plan. 

**Strength of Cumilla Victorians :-** 

Their number one strength point is their foreign / International players. Victorians have Faf du Plessis, Moen Ali,  Sunil Narine,  Ocean Thomas. We already know what they can do with both ball and bat. Faf is a world class batter with some excellent skills & Moen Ali is an all-round performer. Recently Chennai Super Kings won the IPL title where Faf & Moen was their key player. Also Sunil Narine was excellent with Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL last season. 

The main X-factor for Cumilla Victorians is they have Liton Das ans Mustafizur Rahman in their squad. Both of them was known as a best Two T-20 player of Bangladesh after Number one All-rounder Sakib Al Hasan. Recently Mustafizur Rahman was named in the ICC T-20 team of the year 2021. 

So,  If we see their Batting depth,  Victorians have strongest batting line-up with some young talent & senior player. Obviously Mustafizur will lead the bowling attack with Abu Haider Roni,  Sumon Khan & also Ocean Thomas. In spin bowling, Narine & Moen can destroy any teams batting line-up.

 After almost two and a half years, Steve Rhodes has already started working as the batting coach of Comilla Victorians at Home of Cricket Mirpur.

In order to bring success to a team, not only the players but also the coaching panel and management have to be very strong.

The head coach of the Victorians will be Mohammad Salauddin, assistant coach Comilla Victorians Talent Hunt Cricket Academy (Lalmai) head coach MD Atiqur Rahman and former successful Tigers coach Steve Rhodes.
