Suggesting an Idea to Add a Virtual Keyboard on Weblate

#### Components
[Weblate](https://hosted.weblate.org) is an online open-source translation platform where open-source projects are translated. Suggestion are being made in translation editor component.
#### Problem
Most of the PC's having English keyboard, and to make other translation we have to use other language keyboard.

**Example:**

I am Urdu (Pakistani Language) translator. There are two options for me to translate.
- I use online Urdu language keyboard. Then i copy translation from that and paste on Weblate.
- I download Urdu typing keyboard software and type and copy from that and paste to Weblate.

I am not talking about mobile phones, mobile phones always having local language keyboard. I am talking about desktop.
#### Proposal
As i defined problem above, i am suggesting a button below translation editor "Virtual Keyboard".
Yes! i am suggesting a virtual keyboard in translation editor on website.
This will increase user experience.

#### Benefits
There will be more easiness for local translators. Translators of language other than English will find more better user experience. All requirements are fulfilled on a single website.
