Best use of SHIBA: AMC case.

Hello everyone...

When the world's largest movie theater chain announced that they would accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment adapting to the new era of cryptocurrencies, everyone was happy because they were giving more importance to cryptocurrencies.

Of course, the announcement said that bitcoin would be accepted as a method of payment, something that many did not agree with since it is throwing away such a valuable resource, for example, if you go to a Starbucks store and buy a coffee you do not pay with gold or diamonds, you pay with less valuable fiat money. And as bitcoin is the gold of the digital age, not many were willing to waste bitcoin to watch a movie at the cinema.


But as an advantage in the world of cryptocurrencies is that you have more than 13 thousand options, you can make the most profitable and the one that is most in use by users, and as recently the SHIB token has had a greater exposure in the market, it has attracted the attention of hundreds of people willing to use it to a greater extent.

And one of these initiatives to use SHIB as an everyday currency was AMC CEO Adam Aron, where he asked on twitter if people would be willing to pay with SHIB to include it in the payment methods with the cryptocurrencies they accept in the movie theater chain. And so far 80% of those who responded to the survey were willing to turn off movie tickets or other services with SHIB.

The SHIB token although it is not very flashy for many since it is just a big pump and dump hype, I think this AMC initiative is a good idea to give a day to day use to a cryptocurrency since bitcoin is something very valuable but the SHIB token is not so much, so I think paying with SHIB for a movie ticket is an amazing idea since you are not voting for something transient a nugget of gold.
